It's Target, I love it!
We shop here frequently as it's right by home, they are generally very good about keeping things stocked and the store clean and organized. Prices are generally very competitive too thankfully, so you don't usually spend too much over another store. (Though I do wish some things were a bit cheaper of course, there are some things that are significantly way more expensive here than others, especially online.) They also are very good about offering coupons, savings, and deals too, so it can be easy to stock up at times without spending too much. I personally find their branded/generic items are of much higher quality than other stores, not always, but most of the time. I have very, very few items I don't like.
I also enjoy the CVS, it's very helpful and convenient when you need your medication but also need to pick up some items too.
Especially many of their home good items, like sheets, cleaning supplies, and similar stuff. They are significantly higher quality for lower prices than most stores. (We love their sheets, organic cotton, good design, and they are not super expensive, a must buy) Again, Very much the theme throughout and I'm very happy about it!
I would rate them a full 5 stars, but I'm not, simply because this store seems kind of neglected from corporate. I hope someone at Target Corporate sees this and genuinely takes it into consideration to help and upgrade this store some! Especially because it's inside Coconut Point Mall!
All of the workers there have always been friendly and helpful for us, never a problem there. They are also always working very hard at whatever they are doing, the store is always in good shape. Which is impressive given how busy it tends to be.
BUT, they only have 4 self checkout machines, and one of them is always down, leaving only 3 working, with only one or two registers open. Not that they can't open more, I think they just need more people, so not the stores fault in itself.
Ironically while it's a Super Target, it often feels smaller than others with about the same overall footprint and has less variety of products, and options, compared to the other Target stores around the area. It's particularly less updated than the Naples store, which has like 10+ self checkout machines, and many, many more products I think.
Overall I still highly recommend them, and love...
Read moreUsed to be great store. Come up from Naples in fact. One bright light was Kathleen always friendly, now clueless Employees that self-serve and elsewhere. Greg the so-called safety manager? He is beyond competent. His response to the lack of safety in the parking lot due to his cones/slash barriers was that they were fine when he ordered them. 🤦🤦🤦🤦 However, it has gone downhill fast. He placed massive amount of barriers IN The parking lot in front of the store, making it impossible to make turns in a proper and safe manner. Watched one car turning left/out from the 'in/right' lane in order to avoid hitting one of the barriers. Another car how to make three tries to turn right out of an parking lane. It is impossible to drive safely in front of the store.
Just because people have to wait to cross when they're not yet in the crossing area (Walker's must be at the curb for cars to be required to stop)should not necessitate creating a tremendous hazard after you leave the store or when trying to turn into a parking aisle. Talking to personnel, they are the ones who are complaining the most about having to wait to cross back and forth multiple times a day.
Target, Coconut Point, Simon and the manager Greg (responsible for this) will end up getting sued one day in the not too distant future when there's an accident because cars have to use locations other than what is expected or the norm because of Greg's multiple unnecessary and dangerous barriers. People have had to move these barriers to avoid damaging their cars. Cars make rounded turns not square 🤦.
I have been a Target only customer for food and non-food household shopping ( no Walmart ) for some quite some time now, however now considering other options. Not worth...
Read moreThis Target has gone down hill. The customer service is atrocious. They only ever have 2 lanes open, and have designated self-checkout and 10 items or less. Everyone in the 2 open lanes, only ever has 1 or 2 items, and everyone in self checkout has more than 10. The lady working saw me standing there in line with more than 10 items and didn't say anything (I honestly did not see the sign) only to try and scold me loudly as I checked out. Unbeknownst to me, 2 months ago they changed checkout to 10 items or less, even though everyone around me, very clearly, had more than 10 items. I honestly have stopped coming into this target because of the lack of lines, products offered or lack of, along with no open lines and rude customer service. I used to only to pickup, but will no longer being doing that either. They seem to always be out of holiday items months before that holiday arrives, only to never restock any holiday item. I'm not sure if it's an ordering issue or corporate issue but every other target around this area never has this problem. I will not be returning to this Target. I will take the extra 20 minutes to go to a different Target....
