I am so happy I found Carrie in San Diego! She has such a great eye and rare talent for explaining movement in a simple, clear way. Carrie zooms in on your problem areas right away and guides you through a workout where you will feel stretched, connected, and strong from head to toe. It’s hard work but she will guide you through it! Before working with Carrie regularly, I had chronic neck pain and random flare ups in my back due to too much stranding, bad posture, and overusing my shoulders during workouts. Carrie taught me how to engage my muscles more efficiently and we’ve worked a lot on strengthening my weaker spots and building skills needed to do more advanced exercises. I no longer have daily neck pain and can enjoy so many more activities. I look forward to my weekly lessons with her because I know I’ll feel amazing after! After every lesson I truly feel like I have a new body. Working with her is something I will continue to do regularly to keep me healthy and strong....
