Chef Gina is a true professional. We worked for over two months on putting together a five course dinner for ten at my home. From the exchange of ideas to the decisions on each course, she was responsive, thoughtful and creative.

As for the dinner itself, each course exceeded expectations and (if possible) was better than the preceding course. Gina brought two real professionals with her to set up, plate, serve and remove the courses throughout the evening. They were knowledgable, friendly and courteous with everyone.

Even though this was the first time I have used Gina, I intend to work with her on future events. I'm supremely confident that she can execute everything from a sit down dinner to a more casual gathering. For many years, I hosted formal dinners in my home in San Francisco. Thanks so much to Chef Gina for providing an amazing and delicious experience for my recent private birthday dinner. I have never hired a private chef before and in consideration of current restaurant restrictions due to covid, I had to be a little more creative for my birthday plans. After discussing options with Gina, I decided to go with a steakhouse theme. Gina assisted me in creating the customized menu which included appetizers, a surf and turf dinner with sides and birthday cake for dessert! In addition she brought margarita mixers for me and my friends to make our own cocktails. Her cooking was delicious and she took care of all the cleanup as well as packing up the leftovers. Wow! Where to start! Chef Gina was a godsend for us! She not only made an amazingly delicious 40 people meal! But she did it flawlessly In perfect timing with such professionalism and poise!!
