Simply Fresh — Restaurant in San Diego

I've tried the Simply Fresh food truck twice now, and both were occasions of amazing, fresh, quality deliciousness. First time - no expectations - I had a tuna-stuffed tomato - utterly delightful. Nicely presented, perfectly seasoned, and did I mention 'fresh'? Very filling, tasted soo good. Second time a few months later I ran across them again. My expectations were high this time, so I expected to be disappointed. Didn't happen. I even through them a curve ball by asking if they could make one of their wraps into a salad. This place is awesome! The food is fresh and healthy while also quick and convenient. Additionally, the truck was able to serve hundreds of people in a short amount of time during a large conference lunch break, without sacrificing quality. I'm also so impressed with the customer service- this is a business that truly cares about satisfying its customers. Definitely recommend as a stop for a quick bite and/or as a great option...

Soooo good! The truck was at my kids’ school event last night. We had a chefs salad and a cubano panini. First, the portion sizes are huge! My daughter and husband split the panini and both were full. The salad was mine and it was so good! Chicken was grilled perfectly and it had just the right amount of veggies and dressing! Hope to find this truck...
