First i wanted to say my masseus Vicky did a Wonderful deep tissue massage and was nice and very personable. I dont want to lump all staff here on my complaint which is. I called to schedule the appointment today. Someone when i called quoeted me the introductory rate for first timers or if you havent gone in a very long time of $75 for one hour. However... after my massage i went to pay and then the girl who was super snooty and stuck up said "ok the rate is $85" i advised her that that wasnt what the told me on the telephone and she then said " well since September that changed" not "im sorry" not "we mis advised you" not our mistake we will Honor thay ...nothing.. So here i had exactly $20 cash that i wanted to tip Vicky and because the girl wouldnt honor the initial price obviously someone in her staff gave me over the Phone i could only tip my masseus $10 and used the additional $10 to pay my $85 session. Since my last visit here which is why i went somewhere else over the years for massages , there is way too much upsell. Their prices never seem to stay the same they have turned into a "skincare" sells line and everywhere you look they post" please leave a tip" plastered everywhere their prices are normally $145 and hour then $30 for each 30minutes added. To be honest the set up now, made me feel more stressed then when i went it to distress.
I know the massage techs work very hard but the reception staff "some of them, suck at their job and act very condescending as though i was beneath them.
News flash...without customers like me your place wouldnt be in business. They need to stick firm to what they quote you, stop bouncing around on price changes AND treat the customer with respect. There was no reason that the girl at the reception should have been acting all bougie and uppty with me. I will stick to a private massage therapist or a place that isnt so commercialized or where staff act so money hungry. Hell attorneys and doctors barely make $145-$180 And hour, i am unsure where corporates head is on services and no ...its not due to covid protocols... that your...
Read moreFrom the moment I walked into Cecelia’s treatment room, I knew I was in for something special. The ambiance she’s created is warm, calming, and inviting — soft lighting, soothing music, and the subtle scent of essential oils instantly melted away my stress. Cecelia greeted me with the kindest smile, and her energy was the perfect mix of professional and personable. She made me feel completely comfortable, like I was catching up with a trusted friend who also happens to be a skincare expert.
What really stood out was how well she listened to my concerns. Instead of just jumping into the facial, Cecelia took the time to ask thoughtful questions about my skin history, daily routine, and any specific goals I had. It wasn’t a cookie-cutter service — she truly customized the entire experience to meet my skin's needs. Throughout the treatment, she explained what each product was and how it worked, all without breaking the relaxing flow. I felt educated and pampered at the same time — a rare and perfect balance.
She has a magic touch. Every step — from cleansing and exfoliation to the most heavenly facial massage — was done with intention and care. It was obvious she knew exactly what she was doing, and her confidence and expertise allowed me to fully relax and trust the process. I walked in feeling a little dull and worn down, and I left glowing — not just physically, but emotionally too.
What I appreciate most about Cecelia is that she doesn’t gatekeep knowledge. After the facial, she walked me through a realistic and manageable at-home skincare routine that worked for my lifestyle and budget. No pressure to buy expensive products, just real, helpful advice. She genuinely wants her clients to feel empowered to take care of their skin, and that’s something you don’t find often in this industry.
Thanks to Cecelia, my confidence has completely shifted. Not only is my skin healthier and brighter, but I’ve also...
Read moreI don't even know how to explain the amazing experience that I had at Massage Heights! I have never had a massage before and I thought "why not give it a try?" As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by one of the Front Desk Receptionists and he reached out to give me a handshake! The place even smelled amazzzzingggg! In my head I was already thinking "wow, I feel so honored to be here." I was given a forum to fill out so the therapist can customize my needs and then was politely asked if I wanted some water.
Later on, after filling out my forum, I was asked if I wanted to receive a tour of the retreat. How could I say no?! It was amazing and the whole place looked classy, clean, and it absolutely had the spa-like environment.
I had a massage from Lette and she was phenomenal! I was quite scared for my first massage because I didn't know what to expect but Lette was soooo good, I even upgraded my massage to Hot Stones! I was scared because I thought it'd be like how they portray it in movies (uncontrollably hot and painful) but it was the complete opposite!
After my massage, Lette gave me some tips on how to take more care of my body and how often I should come in (I had really bad knots and a tense / stiff neck). I really appreciated that. Then, the Front desk receptionist took the time to explain the different programs they had to offer and I knew right then and there that I HAD to sign up. He wasn't even pushy about the wellness program, he was very understanding and willing to explain the benefits to me which was greatly appreciated, as well.
I am proud to be a part of the Massage Heights family and I already booked my...
