Updated: They earned the extra star this evening! We had to go back to shorten my girl's nails this evening because of sports. Vee and Hannah helped us tonight and they were amazing. As usual the customer service was great... and there wasn't a wait which was lovely.

We got 5 manicures and one pedicure. My mom was given start treatment with her mani/pedi combo. They gave her the works and she loved the warm hand treatments.

My oldest daughter got a gel mani without length and it was adorably done. She's special needs and they were so patient with her. My second daughter and my niece got acrylic and the lovely ladies did a phenomenal job.

I received an SNS, or dip, set and was happy with everything with the exception of how rough the technician was with my hands. A couple of times I had to pull my hand up to signal the heat of the drill was too much. Other than that they're really nicely done.

They double checked the quality of the work before we left which made us all feel it was worth the price we paid.

Two reasons I didn't give a perfect 5 star review. We'd called two hours ahead of time to book the 5 appts, yet when we showed up we weren't sat anywhere near each other. A couple here, another couple there, and someone sitting by themselves. The whole point is to enjoy the ladies day out together. And the other reason was the roughness of the technician. Although she did a great job on my set she seemed preoccupied with other things... texting while she was working on me, constantly checking over her shoulder for someone I saw eventually walk in. She was rushed and not focused. One of my nails needed an extra top coat, which they fixed, but had she not been so rushed to finish my set she wouldn't have missed it in the first place.

I will premise this with "I am a creature of habit" once I find a place I like (even if it's not perfect or 100% what I want) I go and won't go anywhere else. I am aware that this limits me on trying new places and potentially finding somewhere that I 100% love. Until today. Up until today I've been going to the same nail salon down the street from this place. They're great don't get me wrong, and I would probably still be using them except today I needed a specific color that they didn't have. Because they didn't have the color match I needed i was forced to look for a new place in a pinch. Time was a limiting factor for me so I drove to the next closest nail salon which just so happened to be Omni. I will never go anywhere else again, not because I'm a creature of habit but because of the point blank operational excellence. I run a small business so I understand how hard it can be to provide the kind of customer service and support at all levels. From start to finish I was blown away. Every single employee was friendly and engaging and in charge. They helped me find exactly what I needed, they took me as a walk in. There was almost no wait even though they looked pretty busy. My nail tech was Vi and let me say I have NEVER had a more perfect full set of acrylics. Perfect shape and perfect gel polish with perfect length. no blemishes no funky corners. I didn't even know my nails could be this symmetrical. Not only was I blown away, but then when I went to check out it was CHEAPER than the place I've been going. I go here to visit Holly Wen for my full set/fill every month. She does the best work I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing! I work daily with my hands in a warehouse setting, they haven't broken once! She listens to how I want my nails and doesn't argue it with me like most other places I have been, which is amazing! I have been seeing her for almost 6 months now. I get so many compliments on her work too. I highly reccomend her to anyone looking for quality work and customer service.

Omni nails as a whole is a wonderful place to visit. They are very clean, always greet you with a smile, offer refreshments such as water or champagne (if you are of age), and treat you well from the time you walk in to the time you walk out. The salon feels very large with its modern decor and high cielings, which offers great ventilation to avoid getting a face full of fumes from the work being done on you and the areas nearby. The chairs are comfortable at the tables for manicures and the massage seats for pedicures too! The pricing is fair and they don't hide extra charges. You know what you are paying for here before you choose it. You definitely can't find a better place to go. I have seen a fee of the other technicians' work and it is just as beautiful as you can imagine. Everything from 3D art to ombre nails and dipping powder and chrome finishes. I love it!

I'll follow Holly Wen wherever she goes, but this salon is by far my favorite place to take some me time for my nails. I love the staff and relaxed feeling here. You won't regret...
