I cannot thank Precious Petcare and my Wedding Pet Attendants (Hilary & Tory) enough!!!
First of all, Leila and her staff were very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process, and they ensured that my 2 fur kids would get the best care possible for my big day.
When the big day came, I felt SO comfortable with Hilary & Tory’s capabilities as ‘temporary’ dog mommas for my special day. It took such a HUGE burden and relief off of my shoulders, knowing that they were in such good hands.
They were both able to keep my pups calm and happy, even with Scooter’s terrible separation anxiety! They also followed my detailed instructions to a TEE, and walked our ‘Ring Bearer’ and ‘Flower Pup’ down the aisle with no issues!
They did an amazing job getting their energy out by constantly walking them around, letting them enjoy nature (they even saw a deer), playing with them, and keeping them well treated and extra cozy (Scooter was warm and wrapped in a blankie when he got chilly!).
They truly watched them like hawks, snuggled them, and treated them like their own. When I saw them both with the pups (and heard nothing but amazing comments from my guests!), I knew that they were in amazing hands and I could be calm, relax, and really enjoy myself.
They were also a great influence on my young pup, Millie, and her shyness around other people! We noticed such a huge improvement in Millie the day after the wedding! She was like a whole new dog. She’s so much less skittish after having the opportunity to meet with so many guests. I thank Hilary & Tory for giving her that opportunity, as it was much needed for a young rescue dog!
They were stellar at their jobs —- they were punctual, kind, calm, professional, organized and dedicated.
I also can’t thank them enough for the amazing photos that they sent. They are my absolute favorite photos for sure, and I’m so glad that they captured those moments for me (as the bride misses all the fun! Lol).
I highly recommend Precious...
Read moreMy husband and I had to travel out of the country last minute for a family emergency and have a very apprehensive, anxious, and shy 10-year-old, long-hair Chihuahua rescue named Carl. He was severely abused by his previous owners, and because of that, does not trust or warm up to new people easily. I was extremely anxious myself since we had never hired a sitter, but had run out options.
We agreed to call around town for in-home overnight services and spoke to several businesses to get a feel for their ethics and services. Danae and Leila from Precious Pet Care listened to our situation, understood our concerns, and answered all of our questions. It was a no-brainer that this was the right team to trust. Leila then emailed a a care plan within an hour of speaking to her, and scheduled a meet-and-greet with, Carl and their caretaker, Anel, the very next day.
When I met Anel, I knew immediately she was a perfect fit for Carl. Her reactions, body language, and overall presence right off the bat was a perfect fit for Carl's personality, and next thing you know we were out of town. While away, Anel sent detailed messages and photos each morning and each night. I felt so well-informed. Most importantly, Anel worked her magic, and Carl was able to warm up to her within 24 hours. This was unheard of before this experience! My husband and I both knew from the photos, he has made a new friend and both of us were so relieved. Anel kept our home clean and tidy, basically as if she was never here.
I cannot give enough praise to the Precious Pet Care team and most notably, Anel, for all of their understanding, reliability, clear communication, and professionalism before, during, and after our trip. I would HIGHLY recommend this team to anyone who is looking for services.
Huge thanks again to the Precious Pet Care team. We will, without a doubt, be in touch to schedule Anel for in-home stays...
Read moreBest decision we ever made! Our youngest cat, Cooper, was a COVID baby and hadn't been socialized properly. It was so bad he would hide under the bed anytime guests came over. We boarded them for a weekend and it traumatized him. But when we went on a 10 day honeymoon, Johnny and Leila patiently helped get him out of his shell. In just a day or two, our cat would approach Johnny when he walked in. After a week, they could even pet him and play with him.
I thought it was great that Cooper trusted someone else! But I assumed that the trust was limited to just Johnny and Leila, and that Cooper would still run under the bed if anyone else came over.
Today, we asked our friend to stop by and feed the cats dinner as we would be out late. She has spent a lot of time with our cats, and Cooper was still skittish around her the last time she was over almost a year ago. But TONIGHT? Cooper ran right up to her, let her pet him, and was his usual chatty self! I am so relieved and thankful for Johnny and Leila.
I am slightly neurotic and have particular requests for our 3 cats, and they happily fulfilled the requests. They also cleaned the litter boxes no less than every other day, sent pictures and a summary after every visit (twice a day), and were very responsive to my messages. They even left us a little goodie bag with treats and stuff for the cats! It's such a relief knowing that we can take a vacation and, not only will our cats survive, but they will thrive with...
