Starbucks — Restaurant in San Diego

I am ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED at how my mother was handled at this location and I’m very disheartened as a former Starbucks partner to hear what is going on in the store! They are all thieves. My mother went in at 7 AM to order a croissant and a cup of tea, which was only seven dollars, Jacob was the one on the register when he gave himself A five dollar tip on my mother’s card!! My mom gave him her card to only be charged what she ordered however, after checking the receipt when she got home, she saw that he had gave himself a five dollar tip. This is outrageous to think that this store believes stealing is okay. If he’s doing this to her, he is very well doing this to other people and it needs to be dealt with ASAP before you get hit with the lawsuit for theft. When someone orders something you give them the opportunity to decide on whether or not, they wish to tip you, or at least that’s how it is done at my Store. She called the store immediately after finding this out and their shift lead for the day, Andy, was Of no help And seemingly did not care that one of his baristas on the floor with stealing money, which is very alarming. That tells me that he knows of this behavior and is used to it and will not be a part of the solution to correct it. Although he is only a supervisor, you should have enough integrity to lead an honest Team. You are now part of the problem. We are waiting to speak to their manager Preston however, higher action will be taken against this store. They aight. Just occasionally suck at making the drinks right. I complained several times even left the drive thru after the second mess up didn't want to hold the line up cuz they got my drink wrong apparently he didn't hear me when I said cinnamon frap they give me a crunch caramel Frap which I never heard of. Idk how those two sound the same. Anyhow and than they correct it and there's absolutely no cinnamon on it. Just here beige drink I'm like TF. I had enough so I park and come in and say where's the cinnamon I'll put it on myself. Incompetent workers and on top of that little shorty always has an attitude NOOOO SMILES EVER and I been going there for what two years now since day one of meeting her she just dead inside what she look like. So you make my drink wrong and least you can do is smile when you hand it to me smh. Anyhow why I say they aight is because there's hit or misses there I've had exceptionally wonderful service and I don't just complain I even called corporation to give a worker a compliment. They said we don't hear to many of those. So it's good to not always criticise and give respect and good feedback when it's due as well. So they just aight lol. Will I come back, yeah when I'm in the neighborhood, will I complain and have my expensive drink corrected when need be of course I paid for it better get it right or we'll try over and over till it's perfected or a REFUND. I heard Starbucks was having some problems with some of its stores and I think it’s because of locations like this. I went to get a coffee and the supervisor was outside smoking a cigarette at the front door. He was blowing smoke in my son Petars face and he has asthma I told him could you be more considerate and not blow smoke in my kids face and he said how about you smoke this pole. I said ok maybe I should have left then and there but I went inside to get a cup of coffee. Minutes later I heard some ruckus coming from behind the counter and I saw the nasty man yelling at some of his employees, I think one of them might have been late to work so he reamed her and made her cry in front of a bunch of customers. So I got harassed before I even walked inside and got to witness some drama while waiting for my cold brew. I know Starbucks hires some strange characters but maybe this is taking it too far. I’m here to get my ice cold drink not to get flashed and watch a girl cry behind the counter. On top of that my son Petar lost his flute somewhere in the store and when he found it and put it in his mouth he said it tasted like number 2. I asked him where he found it and he said in the bathroom so somebody took it in there and shoved it up their behind.
