I had recently became engaged and had a concern with a visible 'crack' line I could see in the sapphire solitare stone in my ring. My ring came from a local but semi-big jewelry company, and I wanted to share my concern first with a local and reputable jeweler.

Liz went above and beyond to take multiple steps to make sure that my concerns were heard. As someone who doesn't know that much about fine jewelry, I had complete trust in Liz's expertise and her suggestions for following up on my concern (e.g. looking up the GIA certificate number, connecting with the individual who wrote my appraisal, connecting with my original jeweler with specific guided questions). For about two months of this journey, she was alongside me during many of these steps and precautions, including connecting multiple times on the phone to make sure that I was comfortable with each step we were taking.

By the end, I was satisfied by the information we cleared up, and the steps we took to confirm that the 'crack' was a natural inclusion that came with the stone before it had placed in the ring setting. Liz's thorough commitment and generosity to help me, despite me not being an official client, speaks volumes to her level of service and dedication as a local jeweler.
