Had an appointment @1030am on 3/13/18 as soon as we walked in the door NOT 1 of the 4 ladies that work at the front desk for Dr.Krosner, Seth said Hi, Good Morning or acknowledge us, finally one of them asked patients name we gave last name and was asked to have a seat. 1130am came and was barely taken back to exam room not once were we informed of the doctor been delayed or not in the office or nothing. I asked one of the ladies there if she knew how much longer she said no i dont know and walked away. Im glad we dont have to go back to this office again for anything. Customer service totally sucks! I say this because i work for sharp Rees Stealy medical group and never would us receptionists will ever get away with that kind of customer service. This facility needs...
