The Metta Space is a wonderful healing center and community. Victor’s work, kindness, and support provided to the community are much needed. I have taken the Metta Light Magic class 2x so far and I feel like it is an amazing experience for people who have already been on the healing path and want to dive deeper (others too of course). Nowadays it’s really hard to find leaders/healers/lightworkers that provide profound, accessible experiences in California. What a gem — a cozy yoga and meditation studio, healing space and wonderful eclectic shop with all kinds of natural, herbal and truly beautiful products — from personal care to pantry items to chocolates. My favorite is the wonderful free ‘Transmission’ Meditation on Wednesday evenings at 7pm. Free for anyone to attend, it’s a silent one-hour (60 minute) “sit”-style silent meditation (but you can always lie down too and just receive the healing vibes from the space). Getting a holistic massage from someone who incorporates so much healing light, knowledge, experience, and mastery is a delight and treatment for the whole Self!
