7-Eleven — Restaurant in San Diego

Just brought 5 younger friends to purchase energy drinks and snacks. I waited in the car while everyone went inside. *Over the music (playing pretty loud) I heard the dark haired older female clerk SCREAMING “Get Out of my store!” the youngest(18 years old) and tiniest of them came running back to the car in tears and shared she came in the store wearing a hoodie over her mouth and the clerk began screaming at her that she needed a mask and demanding she get out (screaming). This CHILD was so upset she could barely tell me what happened. The other 4 girls were witness to this. I waited until they purchased their snacks, walked inside and calmly asked the female clerk if she was screaming at that little girl. She cowered behind the male clerk (Grey hair, glasses). The male clerk instantly became agitated and stated “if you don’t wanna be yelled at, wear a mask”. I reminded him that she was a child and then BOTH clerks began screaming at ME to get out. (I was wearing a mask, for the record). I let them both know I would be telling the owner and suggested they get off the METH they are both obviously on. This isn’t the first time I’ve witnessed or been a victim of the female clerks methamphetamine induced psychoticm behavior- and this is La Jolla... please get her...

I’ve never cared enough to review a convenience store before, but I walked into a ridiculous scene at this 7-11. The employees were berating two 15 year old boys for changing their mind about a soda at the fountain. One of them had poured his drink out and gotten a different one. It probably cost the store ten cents in syrup…The boys were trying to laugh it off and said OK when she insisted they pay for the extra soda. The employees began screaming about their “attitude”, took their debit card and kicked them out of the store. All of the adults in the store told them they couldn’t keep his card so she marched out front and threw it towards the trash can. It was completely out of line, completely unprofessional and completely unnecessary. The store is close to a high school and probably deals with a lot of teenage high jinx, but witnessing this event, their reactions were completely blown out of proportion...

For the hispanic women working right now you should be ashamed of yourself for assaulting a minor in your store. My mother is a witness to you snatching a drink out of the young man's hand while he was still drinking. Is then snatching food right out of his hand. I don't understand why you are yelling on the top of your lungs. Then the skinny hispanic proceeded to yell at my mom after she bought an item. For the kids that were just there if you see this comment in the review section you can press charges on the lady who assaulted you. If you wanna make a police report of that lady assault in you get a hold of me on my Instagram nicks_lounge37 mom is the witness for that assault that lady...
