Me and my son made a appointment for perm & a haircuts for both. We get there little early but she said she only can get a perm my son not me because she was behind schedule and she'd try it if she had time Then why did she accept a appointment I couldn't understand why it was an excuse to the customer. Finally I got a perm and cut but its not similar to the hairstyle picture that I showed to her and bottom of back hair was cut like a mouse ate it. Also maybe the perm was too strong or something.. The tip of hair was broke off. She was so rude and a terrible attitude towards to her customer I felt like I wanted to get back price we paid. Complained about doing her job in front of us. She talked about how hungry she was while brushing a client’s hair and got HER scheduling wrong and blamed it on us and also decided to not wash our hair because she was “running low on time.” In addition, she cannot follow reference pictures at all. Dont go to this place if you want a good wolfcut or layered hair. We’ve had a couple of bad haircuts but still decided to come back to her. When we tried scheduling with her again, she told us not to come back all because she knew we weren’t as satisfied with our haircut. That was the last straw. This an overdue review. I have been coming here for many years but never wrote a review because she never asks for one. Tiffany is very professional and knowledgeable about hair. She always considers the needs of the client as her priority. I have seen her refuse services on clients because it would be damaging to their hair. She's not here to just make a quick buck but wants to build lasting relationship with her clients. Many of her clients have been coming here for 10 or more years.
