As loyal customer of many years and someone who recommended people to this establishment it was very disappointing to have had my hair completely ruined. The hairdresser, Mari, did not acknowledge the fact that she ruined my hair. My hair was left three to four different colors (the back of my head), had a lot of breakage, and overall stiffness. She kept denying the damaged. I showed her multiple pictures of my hair breakage and the dark splotches. Keep in mind I went in person with proof and also let my hair down to show her but yet continued to deny it. Mari claims I went to another salon and they ruined my hair. I did not go to another salon. The day my hair was done, I did not notice this things because she styled my hair. She claimed I would need to come back a few times to fix until I got one solid color. She also kept telling me I needed to come for a hair treatment every week. The day my hair was done I left with a bad feeling but didn’t think too much of it because I trusted her! The following day came to which I needed to wash my hair and way my heart dropped when I saw my hair falling out in the shower was unbelievable. I was in pure disbelief that this was happening to me, my worst nightmare. This experience was very unfortunate. I simply wanted Mari to acknowledge what she did and not call me liar stating I went somewhere else or that I damaged my own hair. The owner was not able to provide a full refund. The gave me 50% of what I paid. However, this isn’t about the money, it’s about integrity. Prior to Mari doing my hair I asked her multiple times if my hair was ok to with hold bleach, she said yes. I asked if we can do session because I was afraid of this happening and again stated, “oh no, your hair feels strong, it’ll be ok.” Mari was beyond rude and walked away and left the owner to fix her wrong doing. I highly recommend going elsewhere as they don’t seem to care about...

The hair salon my family and I had been going for over 15 years closed down during the pandemic and truthfully it was extremely hard for me to trust a new salon. It took me months to find a place until a family friend recommended me to Alicia’s salon. Let me first say that the care and attention that Alicia gives you is phenomenal. She treated my mom and I with the best care and warmest welcome. My family and I felt immediately comfortable with her and the rest of the stylists that are there. My biggest concern was finding a spot where they would be supportive and helpful with the psoriasis on my scalp. She has helped me each time by not making me feel embarrassed about my scalp and has provided me the best scalp shampoo that has relaxed my flare ups. She also does me a huge favor of washing my scalp. Her and everyone there are the best at making you feel like home and can happily say my family and I have found our spot.

Went in yesterday wanting to go full blonde and I went in with grown in roots and faded red hair so I knew it’d be a lot to work with but Alicia was able to schedule me right away and was extremely knowledgeable in blonde coloring and treatment. She was an extreme sweetheart and one of the most genuine people I’ve ever met. The staff makes you feel very welcome and you can tell they have a culture of positivity in their salon. And let me tell you when my hair was finally done I was obsessed! She made my blonde beach babe dream come true. I also appreciate that she walked me through every process and told me exactly what she was putting in my hair before she applied anything new. This is the place I can see myself coming to for...
