I came to his restaurant yesterday to dine with my family and had a very bad altercation with the manager Maria. The food that was brought to us was mistaken for the order. The waitress that helped us made a mistake. When we showed the mistake to the waitress, the waitress contacted the manager. The manager came and she refused to make things right because she said that the piece of food had already been caught in half and eaten a part of it. I explained to her that this would be impossible to find out the mistake that was made unless one would try it. Maria (the manager) refused to make any accommodations or fixes to the issue. She was extremely rude and had a horrible attitude when we were just asking for things to be made right. I am a customer that has been coming to this restaurant for over 20 years and last night was my last time. I suggest everyone to stay away from this restaurant because the customer service is very poor, the ambience has changed into a sports bar with TVs all over, the manager is an absolutely horrendous person. Person. I don't know if this restaurant has been sold to another owner and that's why things have changed so much. But I will never be coming back to this very poorly managed and...

Tres Hermanos is legendary in the valley, so we decided to give it a try for lunch. The decor inside was classic, the vintage Mexican pictures by the bathrooms were really nice. We were warmly greeted when we walked in and were presented with warm and crispy tortilla chips with a side of spicy soft bean dip. After this is where I went wrong. We’d ordered a beef stew, chorizo and eggs with a side of rice and beans, two crispy beef tacos. To our surprise there was no prices listed on the menu in order to get the prices you have to scan a QR code. When the food arrived, we did not have any silverware and the silverware did not arrive until 10 minutes later and that’s also when the chorizo & eggs showed up. The beef stew, lacked seasoning, the crispy tacos and chorizo as well. For the prices we were paying we really should’ve gotten much better service and quality of food. A nice surprise was the freshly made flour tortillas. I really wish the service was better because I would give this place another try. If the restaurant reads this review, please train your servers to ask how the food is and provide silverware when the food arrives. They were all very friendly, but...

Never Go On A Weekend, We Waited 15 Mins To Seated When Their Was Tables Open, They Werent That Busy When We Arrived. The Receptionist Couldnt Cash Out The Custmers I've Seen 2 Groups Of People Coming Up, Because They Waited To Long From The Waitresses To Cash Them Out, Why Even Have A Hotess For If She Doesnt Do Anything. My Chile Renno Was Really Dry, When I Asked My Waitress That I Didnt Want It, She Walked Away Saying Just Leave It On The Plate,. Instead She Should Of Said I'M Sorry Is Their Anything I Can Get For You, Let Me Grab You A Plate So Its Not On Your Plate. She Didnt Come Around Asking If Needed Any Thing Else., Or Any Refills On Our Drinks. She Took So Long To Cash Me Out,. I've Been Here On The Week Day And Service Was Good, I Will Not Be Going Back On A Weekend. Service Is Poorly, Their Are Way Too Many Waitress That Dont Know What Their Suppose To Be Doing,. Their Isnt Any Communication At All... I Didnt See Any Manager On Site... IM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN TODAYS...

This space had that Mexican theme. Nice decor and menu/ drinks looked favorable. Disappointed that their happy hour was only on Monday (Margarita Monday). The service was slow. I know I counted two waiters covering the entire restaurant. The waiter we had was not attentive. He tried to pickup his pack and do what can be done but I felt Mr. E more excuses then delivery of service. I ordered La Tampequieña which was good but my wife had order their Mole Enchiladas which were disappointing. He even found some melted plastic within the enchiladas. We had order buckets of beer. They need to work on having stocked items. They failed to have Pacifico’s. Again, our waiter try to make an excuse to why they didn’t have that beer (“It’s our most order beer”) and just kept digging himself in a hole. Would I come back here or recommend to others, probably not.

Food was really good, as well as they're cocktails, no complaints! They were playing a mix of upbeat great music, which we loved. Service... wasn't the best. When we walked in to put our name on the waiting list... the girls in the front were rude!! Hour and a half wait... we drove far to try it, so we waited. Waitress started off good, but after our food was served, was no where to be seen. Then... they blast the AC on high and vents are located everywhere above you in the ceiling so because of the air, our food got cold on us quick! We were practically trying to eat fast before it got cold. I do recommend, for the food is good, its clean, good drinks and music... they just need to tighten up on their service & find a medium with the AC!
