My fiancé and I reached out to Aina to ask about her availability for Hydrafacials. She replied within a couple of hours and we were able to set up a time about a week before our wedding.

We'd never had Hydrafacials before but Aina sent easy to follow pre and post instructions for us to look. I had a concern about a recent injury that was still healing and she even reviewed a photo to make sure it was ok to proceed.

When we arrived, she greeted us and I immediately noticed how clean, peaceful, and pleasantly aromatic her Spa is. It's a little oasis of calm compared to the fairly busy street right outside.

She had us fill in some quick questionnaires about our skin concerns before recommending a treatment.

My fiancé went first while I waited in her comfy lobby area.

I could hear them chatting and laughing throughout, Aina was super friendly and professional. She made us both feel like we were visiting an old friend.

When it was my turn, I relaxed and let her do her thing. She told me what was going on throughout, and because it was my first Hydrafacial I found that super helpful.

She's an absolute expert at the process! I didn't have a moment of discomfort, every step was choreographed to perfection. Covering my eyes with a soft cloth at the appropriate time, etc. all managed without missing a beat.

Afterward I peeked in the mirror and noticed how dewy and soft my skin looked. When I got home and was able to look in brighter light, I noticed that the pores on my nose and cheeks had basically vanished!

Likewise for my fiancé, who wasn't much for spas and facial care before but is a convert after this visit.

Aina also sent us home with some sample bottles of aftercare products that have kept our skin looking pristine.

She even followed up a few days later via text to check in and wish us congratulations again on our upcoming wedding!

I'm sad that we're leaving the Bay Area, otherwise we would absolutely return for more expert skincare.

Aina is fantastic and I’m so glad I found her. I am a former esthetician and did Hydrafacials myself for years so I was nervous trying someone new as I am picky. I was so impressed! Aina goes above and beyond, I feel so pampered and she really knows her stuff. I just got another deluxe Hydrafacial treatment today and it’s worth every penny. My skin looks incredible. I am so glad that just because I’m not an esthetician any longer that doesn’t mean I cannot still get pampered with great skin care. This is a small, modest spa but don't be fooled by the facade, Aina is an amazing facialist. She's incredibly sweet, thorough, and highly skilled at her craft.
