This review is ONLY for the safety matter, not other services inside the station. As you may see, two staffs from SFMTA safety workers, not sure how their title is and job description they were agree to at hire. It happened 09/30/23 at 11:13am, Stockton and Washington corner, this is not the first time, I have been seeing the situation on going and decided to do a review, hope something will be done. I had brought up another issue years ago on street crossing above the Broadway tunnel, my messages were sent to the Mayor, SFMA management, Also that district Board of Supervisor, SFMTA fixed the problem, I hope I will see the improvement on this one as well. These two workers were chatting on the job, the traffic light was clearly showing a red hand. I saw a senior with bags crossing the street, should these two workers do something????? Keeping the pedestrian safe is their job and...

Love this new metro station. Been waiting over a decade for it's completion but we'll worth the wait. Convince by all means. Smoothe by all standards avoiding the main squeeze during primetime rush morning hustle to work or school; after work, and end of school rush hour. A must for those whom may be down for the savings of paying for gas or even avoid those terrible traffic jams during prime hours.

Not to mention the convince of the station being in the center of Chinatown, a few blocks away from Little Italy, Pier 39 and downtown district. A perfect spot for those tourists from another state or country alike. Take a ride on this metro and be pleased by the trip. Easy affordable and a...

Nice station architecture (+5 stars) and excellent use of New Austrian tunneling method to minimize disruption to surface streets (+1 star), which also serves as an excellent emergency disaster shelter because of the deep ground cover (+1 star).

However, station (especially elevators and escalator landing plates) was already dirty just 1 months after opening (-3 stars). MUNI needs to drastically step up enforcement on littering and spitting (especially by homeless) and step up cleaning intervals and quality.

overall score: 4...

I only recently "discovered" Chinatown-Rose Pak station. Such a pleasant surprise! The building is spacious, very clean with beautiful paper cut themed public art. I agree with other reviewers that this is a great value-add to San Francisco's Chinatown. This was also my first southbound ride of T-train from San Francisco Caltrain station. (Southbound T-train goes to the Ferry Building.) Knowing such an easy and pleasant ride, I would definitely come to SF more.
