You guys, I just have to tell you about the incredible property manager at our apartment complex! She's seriously the best.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ She's an absolute gem and makes living here such a delightful experience. She's simply the best, and I can't imagine living anywhere else!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

First of all, Adetoun is so incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. Whenever I walk into the building, she's right there with a big, warm smile and a cheerful greeting. It's like having a personal welcome committee every day! Her positive energy is contagious, and it always puts a smile on my face. What I really love about her is how fantastic she is at keeping us informed. She's on top of everything happening in the building, and she makes sure we're all in the loop. Whether it's an upcoming event to bring the community together, some maintenance work that might affect residents, or just a quick heads-up about something, Adetoun is always on the ball. Her communication skills are top-notch, and it's such a relief to know that we'll never be left in the dark.

Speaking of events, can we just take a moment to appreciate how awesome Adetoun is at bringing everyone together? She puts so much effort into organizing fun gatherings and activities that help us get to know our neighbors and build a real sense of community. From the super fun holiday parties to the laid-back vibes on the roof, Adetoun knows how to create an environment where everyone feels included and welcomed. It's like having our very own social director! But she isn't just great at the big things, she's also fantastic when it comes to the little day-to-day interactions. If you ever need to chat or have a question, she's always there with a listening ear and a helpful attitude. She genuinely cares about each and every resident, and it shows in the way she takes the time to connect with everyone.

Of course, I can't forget to give a huge shout-out to Adetoun's incredible team! It's clear that she's an outstanding leader because everyone who works with her is just as friendly, efficient, and dedicated to making our lives at Alta Potrero easier. From the maintenance crew who keep everything running smoothly to the office staff who are always ready to lend a hand, Adetoun has assembled a dream team that goes above and beyond. It’s been a year since we moved in to Alta Potrero and I may need an updated review here. The apartment is filled with tenants (and doggies) and the management office seems very busy everyday. Though the leasing office and maintenance team are lovely people to work with and all issues were handled soon and reliable so far for us. To shout out, Cary the leasing office staff is a pleasure to talk to and his presence made us to renew our lease for another year. Miguel and Issac, the maintenance team, are the professionals and lovely people to talk to that I am so happy to be here to have them around. They are all really incomparable and not only they have professionalism and reliability but also I feel so much comfortable to see them around and it makes me to think this apartment as my “home”. Thank you Alta Potrero team, for making this complex as my comfortable home. ______previous post We've been here for 3 weeks now. Cary, the leasing staff was beyond amazing from the walk-in tour. He is not only friendly and cheerful but importantly very patient and professional to deal with our inquiries, problems and concerns. For any inquiries or requests, Cary responded quick and reliably. He follows up any problems until it completely resolves so he is now the one who we can rely on the apartment. We cannot be more thankful. The building is well equipped with gym, dog wash, roof BBQ and fireplaces with the city view and others. The inner building apartments are away from the road noise and quiet yet enough sun light and wind blows through the garden/patio space. The apartment has several tiny problems so far such as fan-only AC and low-temperature hot water, but our maintenance requests are quickly responded (no later than a day so far) and well followed up. Since it is a brand-new, under construction apartment, everyone (tenants, leasing staffs, maintenance staffs...) are not yet familiar to the building/systems so we are all getting to know to manage the community...

I love this place. Let me set the scene by saying that I am very particular when it comes to my home. I'm sensitive to noise and mold, I like nice things, and I like friendly people with good communication skills. Apparently, this makes it VERY HARD to find a place to live in the Bay Area! literally looked at every single new apartment complex in Walnut Creek and Oakland, and I looked at quite a few in SF as well (this is after I ruled out older apartments because every one I tested had elevated mold levels). Some of them had unfriendly, disorganized management. Others used plug-in air fresheners everywhere which are super toxic and not something I want to be inhaling all the time in my home. And others were in super noisy neighborhoods. Finally, when I was close to giving up on my search, I came to Alta Potrero and met Cary. Oh my goodness. This man is a godsend, and this complex is truly wonderful. I was up front with Cary that I am particular and want a quiet apartment, and rather than implying that I'm high maintenance or difficult, he said he totally respected that and identified a top floor unit with a gorgeous view that he thought would be a good fit. He was SO warm and friendly, and it was such a contrast to other leasing agents I had met. The mold test was clean (!), I moved in, and I'm happier than I've ever been in a home. I have Cary to greet me every day when I come downstairs, the unit has gorgeous new appliances and a really great washer/dryer, it's fairly quiet as apartments go, and maintenance is responsive and so so wonderful (shout-out to Miguel and Rico, truly love you guys). The manager, Deborah, is warm, fun, and really on top of it. It really feels like a family, and it makes living alone feel much less lonely. Also, Potrero Hill is super cute and pretty quiet compared to other parts of the city, which I love. This is definitely a great place to rent--largely because of the wonderful team running...
