LOVE Tea Collection kids clothing! I've been buying this brand since my oldest was a newborn (9+ years), and the style, quality, value, and customer service cannot be beat! The style is always super cute with designs that stand out season after season, the quality is amazing for the price, and the clothes fit really well and comfortably. I love that most of the pants have adjustable waists which allow for longer wear. I buy a size or two up, roll up the bottoms (always a cool look, anyway) and cinch the waist. Because of the amazing quality, I've been able to stretch out the wear for two or three years, and the clothes hold up beautifully. And THEN my younger son inherits them! Still holding up! Tea Collection may seem a bit pricey, but this brand has saved me tons of money over the years, because they last forever and I never have to buy new clothes for my youngest. And to top if off the customer service folks cannot be nicer and more helpful....

I had to order and PAY for new size, PAY for return shipping of the exchanged piece, then was not refunded nor even notified that the package was received for more than a week. I had to call with tracking info etc and was initially told that the return was not showing up and I would have to wait another 10-14 days after that was processed before my refund. After seeing that the item had been received over a week prior, the agent did process my refund. I was also charged an additional $3.00 for the new item. ( of which I’m unsure of the reason??) So if you order, to avoid the hassle and extra charges, my recommendation would be to be certain you have the correct sizes. Then you’ll have pricey, but...

They are unable to change or cancel your order after 15 minutes - and that's only if you can reach them. Seems a bit crazy in 2023, especially when taking advantage of seasonal sales where you're guessing on future sizes. (Because, you know, kids.)
My issue is my fault but also an honest, normal mistake. Now I have to wait for all the clothes to arrive, email them for a return label, send them back, and wait for a refund. Lots of things can go wrong during that process and I'm anxious it won't go smoothly.
I generally like the quality of these clothes but I'm a stickler for good customer service. I'll be sending everything back as opposed to just the erroneous...
