Unfortunately they close the women's restroom during "after school program hours" and make everyone use the men's restroom. Including young girls. I'm no prude and I'm all for all-gender restrooms but this is a different story. This is like an 'open' bathroom with two tiny stalls and a urinal front and center when you walk in, so if someone were using it you'd see and they'd see you coming out to wash your hands, etc. Very uncomfortable even as a grown woman!
There's a sign on the women's door saying to use the men's room, but no sign on the men's door to indicate that it's all-gender use. Plus the men's room is right near the busy street around a corner vs the women's room is next to the playground so it's at least visible for parents.
There's no one supervising, and sometimes I see guys with yellow vests just sort of hanging around not paying attention but I find that even weirder.
There's men clearly unaffiliated with the school or park activities that walk around and are parked in their vehicles outside the bathrooms just chilling, watching kids walk by.
All this is to say, our women and children should be top priority. I mean it's a playground for goodness sake and an elementary school across the street. Stay safe and tell your kids to buddy up always. I just wish there were some...

I come here with my softball league for games every Wednesday night. The fields here are well kept and well lit! The backstops are also in good condition (not falling apart) and the baselines are chalked. There are two fields here, but typically when we come, only one field is being used. It could get a little crowded in the outfield if there were two games going on at once. The restroom facilities are nice and there is a large playground near by for children. There are bleachers and picnic benches for spectators. Definitley a great park to bring the kids to to play or for some...
Read moreReally fun place to take my dog and have her run around and play catch! Other people that come here also have very respectful dogs so there's never been an issue there. My only complaint is that sometimes the whole park is being taken over by, not one, but two baseball games. I know there's two diamonds but it's a little frustrating when there's no room for anyone else. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to their practice schedule either so, it's always a gamble if there'll be room for us. However, when there aren't any baseball games going on, it's a...
