I had a 120-minute combination massage with Mo. Pros: The spa has a calming and relaxing ambiance. The warm towels smelled amazing. The soothing strokes helped relieve tension, and the two hours went by quickly. I appreciated that she asked which areas I wanted to focus on.

Cons: She sincerely tried but didn’t seem to have the expertise to fully work out the shoulder knots, leaving me wanting more. The pressure felt a bit off in some areas. For instance, during the leg massage, instead of broad, firm strokes on the calf, the strokes were focused elsewhere on the legs and didn’t fully relax the muscles.

Noi is amazing! I have never tried a Thai massage before but it was just what I needed to get rid of some knots in my legs and my shoulders. You can make an appointment online and pick your masseuse (I recommend Noi) and knock on the door - if locked- to wait. They have you take your shoes off and then change into some loose clothing. Thai massage uses your own body weight, so there's some movements where your sort of twisted around, so I like the loose clothing. Sometimes it can be painful, especially when you are tight in certain spots, but overall I leave feeling...

I was seen by Noi and went with the Refresh Thai Massage. I got lucky it was a cooler break during a heat wave. Noi was understanding of the places I said couldn't take pressure, attentive to requests on the day, and very talented at relaxing even the toughest knots. I had requested help with inflammation in my legs and feet, I was just hoping for some relief, and was so happy and thankful Noi knew exactly what to do to get out the worst of it.
