Small and nice. Just make sure not to honk your horn accidently like 10 times early in the morning because the neighbors are not too happy about possiblly an unwanted neighbor rolling into their paridise for any length of time (suprise! You bought a house in SF next to a park and have visitors) They do and will alert the authorities to your presence, but the Cops were super nice about it and I've since unhooked the horn so that wont happen in the future. 😄

Many things in Rossi park - we come here for the newly rennovated playgroung with my 2y old. Its nice for a quick stimg, featuring lunch tables and good structures for 1-2y and may 3-4y old BUT some structures are weird, like the slide isnt slidimg, or balancer os just too big, one seing already broken amd the clinbing structure is unique but hard to navigate

It is a nice park but limited parking and NO Restrooms. Giving 4 stars bcoz of above reasons. There are street parkings but mostly occupied by the nearby residents. I can see there is construction going on and I hope they are building Restrooms. Kids playground is small but reasonable.

A little history: This entire park used to be the Odd Fellows Cemetery. Surrounding areas nearby were also four large cemeteries. The USF campus was Calvary Cemetery. The USCF Laurel Heights campus and areas surrounding was Laurel Hill Cemetery. In the 1930s, they moved all the bodies to Colma, CA, and anyone who was unclaimed was buried in a mass grave of 35,000 people in Cypress Lawn at a spot called Laurel Hill Garden. All their headstones were broken up and used for gutters and uses around the beach/bay. There's a big monument at Cypress Hill where they're all now buried. Insane history! Enjoy the...

I live in the neighborhood, and love having this little gem of a park nearby. Facilities include a playground, multi-use sports fields with bleachers, tennis courts, an indoor pool, and a dedicated dog park opposite the main Rossi Park entrance on Edward Street. Very popular during the days and evening. Unfortunately it makes parking a bit challenging in my neighborhood (and for visitors), but it's a trade-off I'm willing to...
