Shortly after returning from a work trip I came for the Les Rapides (The Express-50 minutes) with the Lyma Add On! My skin was prepared since I was able to pick up my Biologique Recherché travel sized products from Concierge Charles (love his cheeky bliss & detailed attention!) before leaving and restored after the month of travel, Aislinn left me hydrated, plumped, and radiantly glowing.

I’ve been coming to Aislinn for close to two years, first at Penelope & The Beauty Bar and now at her beautiful spa Chateau de la Beauté. Her combination of discerning knowledge and advanced modalities like BR’s Remodeling Face Machine has improved my skin! Through out my time seeing Aislinn the texture, tone, and overall health of my skin has significantly improved! My pores are reduced, I have less break outs, fine lines and wrinkles have diminished. My skin is hydrated and make up applies so smoothly now that I have the perfect base! Her intuition and approachability towards my skin questions puts me at ease and always takes the time to evaluate them with me.

The facial began with an in depth skin analysis, she analyzes the skin at every appointment to capture the skins instant. She cleansed and exfoliated with Biologique Recherché Lait Dermo-S & Lotion P50. Drained and sculpted to restore my facial contours and biostimulate my skin after a month of travel. Her massage is truly blissful, I fall asleep every time! Masque Visolastine + plumped my skin with hydration. Lyma laser was used to even my skin tone, reduce pigmentation and improves my skins elasticity. The facial completed with a finishing massage using MBR Cell Power Vital Serum & Tissue Activator Serum, followed by Cytoline Cream 100. Serene as always and encompassed exactly what I needed!

On my skincare journey I have found Aislinn has been the best principal esthetician to guide it by far. I feel at ease with her insight towards products and services for whatever may come as for my skin...

I scheduled a $600 service, the "Head-to-Toe Glow", more than a week in advance. Charles, the Spa Concierge, was very prompt in getting to me and confirming the appointment. Aislinn, the esthetician, on the other hand is remarkably unprofessional. We we informed that Aislinn was unable to keep the appointment time as scheduled. We worked with Charles to reschedule for the next day. On the way to the service, we learned once again that that Aislinn would not be able to keep the appointment. The reason provided was that she was stuck in traffic.

I don't know about you, but if I were to miss an appointment in two consecutive days, I would be out of a job and my employer would likely suffer due to gaining a well-deserved reputation for a lack of professionalism and breathtakingly poor customer service. Needless to say, I cannot recommend Chateau de la Beaute, 0/5 stars.
