This isnât your typical âmaster the recipeâ kind of cooking classâitâs something much better. What makes this experience special is that itâs about community, connection, and sharing the love of food. You donât just learn how to cook Indian dishes in the most simple, approachable wayâyou laugh, you share stories, and you walk away with more than just recipes.
The host is an absolute gemâfunny and welcoming. She has a gift for making everyone feel comfortable, whether youâre a beginner or someone whoâs been cooking for years. The class feels like being invited into her home, and the joy she brings to food and people is infectious.
If you really want to earn extra brownie points, bring along a good bottle of wineâsheâll love you for it. đˇ
Highly recommend this class if youâre looking for something that goes beyond cookingâan experience that builds community, laughter, and memories...
Read moreCooking for others is definitely one of my love languages so for my birthday, I invited a few of my dearest friends to join me in an immersive Indian food cooking class with Meghna of Crimson Kitchen. Indian food has so many ingredients and layers to preparation that it can feel too intimidating, but Meghna has a beautiful way of making it so accessible, breaking down each component into easy steps and empowering each participant to understand and appreciate their part with such patience, attention and care that before you know it the kitchen has crescendoed to a beautifully orchestrated symphony and perfectly coordinated dance of tastes, smells and sounds. Itâs intoxicating! The warmth, laughter and love of that evening will stay with me always. A cooking experience at Crimson Kitchen is a beautiful gift to give yourself or anyone you love....
Read moreA friend gifted my family a cooking class with Crimson Kitchen and it was an unforgettable experience. Chef Meghna welcomed us to her beautiful kitchen, and we immediately felt comfortable and excited for what was to come. Meghna explained what we'd be preparing, and gave us an interesting history and lesson about Indian cooking, spices, and traditions. We separated into groups and prepared the dishes, then sat down and enjoyed the meal that we had made ourselves. Lots of laughing and ooh-ing and ah-ing over our meal was had! I'd highly recommend taking Meghna's class - you'll have fun preparing a delicious meal, and leave with new knowledge, recipes, and some leftovers, too. This experience is a perfect gift for yourself, whether an experienced home cook or a beginner, or for people that you really care about! Thank...
