I had called days in advance to schedule an appointment. When I got in they had a full house. A woman had walked in right before me and they took her, rightfully so, as I was 10 minutes early for my appointment. However, they were finishing up on other clients and took me 10 minutes late. While they were doing my pedicure, two more people walked in for appointments. They had clearly over scheduled and instead of having those customers wait they expressed through my service. My appointment was at 1:15, they took me at 1:25, and they were done at 1:45. I also needed one nail to be fixed with a gel x extension, which they said they would do after my pedicure but because they needed to take the next client they didn't do it. And the woman they had taken before me was still getting her service done after me (which was a regular pedicure. Not sure why mine was the one that was rushed through. Not a great way to experience your self-care time. I had to take off my nails myself at home because of the broken nail that they didn't fix.

They should space out appointments so you can get all your services done in a timely manner instead of over packing...

This was such a terrible awful experience! I have a 1 year old so getting to go out get a mani pedi is an ultra luxury. The women looked beyond disappointed I was there & no one smiled. Like I was a burden being there. The pedicure itself was ok and in the end looked good even with the bad attitudes and bad energy. The seats are weird and the water being carried made me feel like I was a major burden. My babysitter said they could stay longer so I asked for a manicure and a lip wax. The wax was so hot burned my lips. It’s been 6 days and my skin is still red bumpy and looks horrible. I’d normally not get a lip wax but was in a linch and could never imagine such terrible careless service! She didn’t get all the hair burned all around my mouth and now I have had terrible breakouts from the burn at a family wedding. My nails look awful and I paid over $150. I will never ever go back here and highly suggest no one else does either. One star should be negative stats. Careless over priced meaningless service awful. So sad no one in the bay area puts care and love into their work because it’s just all...

I had been coming here for over a year. On my last two mani and pedi they managed to trim my nails in a way that they boke off up to tip of my fingers and the gel mani started pealing off after 24 hr. I have ingrown toe nails and although every time they acted like they were cutting the ingrown edges, they would totally fail to give me relief from the pain and every time I ended up coming home and fixing the issue on my own. So I stopped going for my nails. But my mistake was going back for full facial waxing. The owner, at check out decided to over charge me by $5. I just called her and she said it was because she also waxed my nose!!!! Last I checked my nose was a part of my face. Avoid this place they are dishonest and their work if terrible...
