I came in to get press on nails removed and get a set of nails. I asked if they had gel x extensions, they said yes. I did want the press on nails simply soaked off. The woman did soak my nails in acetone for a short amount of time but not long enough, she was in a rush, so she pulled out some nail tips and started peeling off the press on nails. She even was using her own fingernails to dig (unsanitary!) this left me with most of my natural nail being pulled off. Then she started an acrylic set and said and can do gel polish, apparently not understanding that gel x is not the same as acrylic. I asked for a very simple set, short and square. My nails are so uneven, so misshapen, even the coat of gel on top was not done well. My husband said he’s never seen my nails look so bad. My nails are also now hurting. She did not use sanitized clippers, new nail bits, etc. I would avoid this place...

I just wanted my dip nails off and the woman ended up tearing up my nails and I left with 2 exposed nail beds for $20. I’ve never had someone try to take off dip nails with a cuticle nipper before, so I had to ask for a soak off. And she still used the cuticle nippers and her nails to physically take off the dip and my fake tips which I never had experienced before. My nails look so rough now and the exposed nail beds are painful. I feel bad leaving a negative review maybe it was an off day for her but it was not a great experience. She did let me grab my take out which was nice but I still wouldn’t recommend this place...

worst place for a manicure. the woman who did my manicure cut the skin around my nails until it bled. ruined the shape of the nail, literally cut into the skin in the middle of the nail plate. tried to remove the gel polish from my nails with her nails. when I told her that it hurts me and that you got into my skin and it's terrible, she said if you don't like it, leave. and I left with damaged exfoliating nails and without a manicure. horrible unprofessional place. They are rude and don't provide proper service. strongly do not recommend this place. not a dime for...
