Short review: The first visit they cut my cuticle too deep but it happens so I was forgiving. My second visit they damaged my nail beds. They are nice people but their service lacks the care for detail that I need.

Detailed review: I usually use this shop for immediate nail needs when I don't have the time to go to my usual place and this salon is close to where I work. The first visit, my cuticles were cut a little too deep. Which happens, not often, but it does. Okay. My second visit was for a long overdue gel pedicure removal. I had put it off for a while and my toes looked terrible but I waited because I wanted the gel removed PROPERLY rather than picking at it like most of us would do. Soon as I arrive the esthetician begins to PICK AT THE EDGES OF THE GEL AND PEELS IT OFF. Any esthetician or knowledgeable person knows this is the worst thing you could do. You can see on my nail bed, the ashy texture that appears when you peel the gel off. I immediately speak up and ask for them to NOT to peel them off, explicitly stating thats why I came here to pay them money. I can do that damage at home. They then used the (mechanical) file to file down the gel and when I expected them to soak the remaining parts in acetone THEY JUST PEEL IT AGAIN! I ask them, again, to only file the gel off but the damage is done. They also seemed annoyed that I had asked twice for the gel to be removed properly. I prefer to soak it off but I'm okay with gritting/filing it down. We finished the rest of pedicure with little to no issue. Once again, they are nice enough but for me to be explicitly speaking up on what I wanted, the niceness felt like a mask of customer service, not actual customer service.

so I went to this place to get eyelash extensions. TBH one eye was fuller and some done better than the other. I went back to see how well they waxed. My legs are fully waxed and smooth. however I can't say the same about my underarms, the hair is growing back quickly (I let my hair grow for a month). I got a Brazilian an the hair is growing back fast as well. I got this done on Friday 12/14. Today is 12/18. Recommend for legs but not underarms or bikinizone. They don't clean your skin or prep it. they just put baby powder and to finish they run baby oil....which really? You ain't suppose to. For my extensions they didn't clean neither disinfect the area. They do use sanitized instruments and supplies are new/disposable. Also for my extensions the eye that was less full, was red and seemed like the extensions got glued to my skin. My other eye...

I never like to see post any negative reviews, but this time it’s well deserved. I’ve gone to many places and this was by far the worst and most expensive. My nail technician left to go do another clients nails when she was filing and gluing mine down. Another technician came to finish the job but kept going back and forth between my friend and me. They shaped them too thin. My left looks longer than the right. It’s too thick, bumpy, and she applied it wrong to both hands. And to top it all off I didn’t even realize until afterwards that some of them were slightly crooked. And they had the audacity to charge us $70 each. And they kept accepting walk ins while they clearly had too many to handle and not enough staff considering my friend and I walked in when it was empty and walked out after two others were...
