YY Coffee & Milk Tea — Restaurant in San Francisco

Person behind the counter (short silver hair) was extremely irritable from the second we walked in. We ordered online before arriving and the barista informed us that the boba wasn't ready. When I asked to cancel the order, the barista was very snappy and said he could make the drinks without boba and seemed reluctant to cancel the order. I agreed. I ordered a regular milk tea (no boba, which was fine I guess), and a sea salt mocha. Both these drinks were by FAR the worst milk tea / coffee beverages I had ever tasted. Literally inedible. Threw them out immediately. 2 drinks came in at $13 which is a lot to waste on almost impressively terrible beverages. Staff was really nice! I got the chicken nuggets, Oreo milk tea, and egg waffle. Egg waffle was tasty, chicken nuggets (9pc) were tasty, both were nice and hot. It’s a small business, so be patient while waiting for the food! Also make sure to ask for sauce (honey mustard and ketchup are offered).
