Whenever I come to San Francisco to visit family, Stella is the only one I trust with my face. She is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about her work and every time I go in, she makes sure to take her time and is extremely personable. She recently opened up her personal shop in a medical building, where there is safe and ample parking.

When my lips need a fill & shaping, Stella makes sure to follow through with minimal pain and nonexistent bruising. She knows exactly what I want with little explanation on my end and she knows exactly how to achieve the look I want. Stella has an extremely light and gentle touch to the point where sometimes I forget that I'm getting my lips done. This time around, I told her that I wanted to have a pouter top lip without overfilling with lip blushing and the results were subtle and I absolutely love it!

I also have extremely short and sparse lashes but Stella never fails to make my nonexistent lashes look absolutely full and amazing. She is extremely quick (my appointment takes less than an hour whereas other places take anywhere from 2-3 hours). She also knows which lash length will compliment my eyes the most. My favorite is getting hybrid lashes from her, which give me the volume of volume lashes without my eyes feeling extremely heavy and tired.

I love my brows!💕 I came in with what I thought would be a little difficult to work with. I had my brows microbladed before 2 yrs ago in Manhattan and hadn't touched it up since; so it needed to be pretty much completely redone with some residual pigment.

I trusted Stella to choose what would compliment me specifically and she did an amazing job! She is the brow whisperer🤩 She worked with what I had done previously and blended the shape and color which suit me perfectly! She suggested the application technique (powder brow) that would work best for me and was super informative, knowledgable and patient answering all of my questions. My old brows were more arched but I wanted to change to a straighter brow and I'm super happy with how they turned out. Naturally my brows are not symmetrical and Stella corrected that for me and it's really improved the overall look of my face😊 Really glad I went to Stella. She's an expert!

I had been mulling over having microblading done for a couple of years until I finally couldn't stand waking up in the morning to a bare brow. However, I am quite a germophobe and could not bear having my face touched by just anyone. So, I learned Serenity Medspa (where I have laser hair removal done) collaborates with Stella Kim and that she is one of the few city certified microblading technicians in San Francisco.

I was put at ease after our first consultation where she assured me all equipment is sterilized and new for each client, plus she's BBB certified. In addition, she explained the procedure, after-care, and results. The microblading itself was fairly pain-free due to a potent topical anesthetic and the use of anesthetic during the treatment. The healing time was 1 month (for me), after which I returned for a follow-up, where bare spots were re-bladed and filled in. After another month of healing, they're absolutely beautiful! I save so much time getting ready in the morning and wake up to a strong brow!
