If I could give this place 0 stars I absolutely would. I went in for a two week fill having moved into the neighborhood. I explained I was going to be on a live show in LA and needed volume lashes. They said some of my old lashes needed taken off. I said ok I just have to get this done. The lash tech taped my bottom lashes so that they were inside out. Needless to say the whole time glue was getting in my eyes and stinging them. I ended up paying almost as much as a new set. Right away they started falling off. My boyfriend also noticed that they did not look as full as I normally have got for years now. By the time the monday of the show rolls around I send them pictures showing I have no lashes left. They tell me they can fit me in the next day for a $79 fee. I tell them I’m not paying for this since it was such a horrible experience and they were all gone already. I also explain I’m in LA for the show and I can not make it back the next day. They tell me I can do 10:30am on Wednesday and that’s it. I book it and then the next morning I realize I have an oncologist appointment at 11am and can not possibly make it to both. Seeing that my stage 3 cancer is more important I go to change the appointment for my lashes. They tell me they can not change it. I tell them I have to go to my cancer treatment and they offered me 15% off my next appointment. I explain that won’t due and that I will be writing reviews stating these facts. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM SALON!! I just lost three hours of my life at this place.AND THEY PULLED OUT HALF OF MY NATURAL LASHES when they removed their terrible work. I very clearly explained what type of lash extensions I wanted as I've been getting them for almost a decade. I wanted a natural look with very fine extensions that didn't look fake or "drag queen" like. What I opened my eyes up to was the most insane lash application I've ever seen in person. I looked like a meme making fun of women who get lashes. I also had a really bad reaction to their glue during the service which has never happened to me. These people are using terrible products and falsely advertising their lashes. The gallery of their work on the website and on Instagram are obviously stolen from other artists. The lashes they put on me looked like cheap strip lashes. I immediately asked them to remove the lashes because I looked insane. Guess what they did? Argued with me for five min telling me I was wrong and demanding that I still pay. These people keep my deposit of $50. No apology, no ownership for their terrible work. Nope, just blamed me for wasting their time!!! Then proceed to keep my money. Update- did a Google image search on their photos they're saying is their work and they stole the photos off...

Went here with a friend and neither of us got what we asked for.

Speaking for myself, however, my lashes looked nothing like the pictures I showed the techs. This was my first time here and unfortunately left feeling frustrated.

After going over the appointment in my head - we reviewed what I was looking for specifically, i showed pics of other similar looks i was hoping to achieve and clarified that we were on the same page - i think the lash tech applied this look to me b/c she assumed black women typically wear these kind of voluminous lashes.
