Very confused by this place: I tried to visit a little after 7pm for the first time but when I got to the counter to order, they said they were closed and then turned around and turned off their menu sign. Their hours say they are open to 8pm and there were a variety of people sitting and waiting for food (or I assume so, no one had food and they all were sitting in silence). Other reviewers mention this issue to -- that they close early or randomly when it seems like they dont want to serve a customer. The vibe inside the shop was very bizarre and felt very off. I'm not sure what the 6 men sitting waiting were going to all do when they got their food (assuming they were really waiting for food) - do they all get kicked out because they are closed 1 hour before their posted hours? They should adjust their hours if they really don't want to be open until 8 or they should honor those hours. Even so, the vibe of this place gave me a deep...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. Iāve been here twice over the course of two weeks and havenāt been able to eat anything. The first time they closed an hour early. The second time I came in they were open and told me cash only. After looking at their menu for two minutes, the lady says sorry we canāt process your order because our iPad isnāt working. I donāt understand how a restaurant can have such high ratings with terrible service. The place was not busy, they looked tired- Iām going to assume that they didnāt feel like serving us food so they kicked us out. Terrible customer service. I wonāt be back- Save yourself the time and energy and donāt go here if you are hungry youāll just be disappointed.
Maybe they actually serve customers during lunch time, but be careful...

When I took a first bite of the super al pastor burrito, I knew it was special. Even though the first bite was mostly the top of the tortilla, some rice and salsa, I could smell the smokiness coming right through. The meat was flavorful, the beans as well, and rice was perfectly cooked. Through every bite I enjoyed how flavorful and smoky this burrito tasted. This is is the best neighborhood burrito place, hands down, and I've tried every single one in the Richmond district. Next time , I'm trying the birria...
