Imagination Playhouse — Attraction in San Francisco

It's an amazing place and paradise for kids birthday celebrations. All kids had a great time at imagination playhouse. We booked a 3 hour slot and that gave enough time for children to play and enjoy. You can book either basic package or private package. They do not charge anything for outside food unlike other playhouses. If you are not booking the decorations with them, you can still buy latex balloons for one dollar each and for filling it with helium it will be one more dollar. We bought 6 balloons from the playhouse and other décor stuff we brought by ourselves. They also have good collections of birthday balloons you can buy there and they will fill it with helium. Overall this place is great. The owner Susan and the front receptionist are amazing. They helped us in putting stuff in the car.. I would highly recommend this place for the best birthday...

We hosted our daughter's birthday party at this venue, and Susy along with her sister were incredibly helpful throughout the entire event. They assisted us in setting up decorations, unloading food trays, and efficiently cleaning up afterward. Their attentiveness extended to the children as well – when one child missed her mom, who briefly stepped out, Susy and her sister stayed by her side, providing comfort and company. They even attempted to reach the mom to update her on the situation.

While the parking situation might pose a slight challenge, it's manageable.

I took my 18 month here, and was so dissatisfied. I always expect these places to be dirty and pretty gross with kids germ etc but this was next level, thick visible dust everywhere and even the are with cleaning supplies was left open kids could easily get into. My daughter tried many times Many of the toys for little children were broken, to the point they seem unsafe and couldn’t even play with many of them trains missing wheels, loose parts of the play kitchens etc. the big kid area is pretty cool, but again dirty.
