As a homeless person, it is the only city park that has running hot water. Also, if I were a parent of small children up to the age of sixteen (yes some teens aren't as mature as we would like them to be), this is a well equipped park, with a green space large enough for kids to appreciate real grass with no doge poos. A normal tennis court and a full size basketball court, with the usual delapidated nets.
Regrettably the new foam ground cover for the playground has been vandalized by hoodlums, so it is all torn up.
