I first bought the Purifying Oil because cystic acne would consistently appear in the same spot every month on my jawline. It was really bad. The dermatologist prescribed a variety of meds, nothing helped. So then I went to nature and bought Mee Ra Rituals Purifying Oil. After a month of applying it over this area (and not in the most regimented routine), I noticed the flare up didn't come back so heavily. After two months almost none, and after 3 months pretty much all minimized and I'm just working on the scarring to heal, which is going great. So then I bought the Exfoliating Tonic and Hydrating Emulsion Spray to help me work on more routine maintenance. The spray has been nice just as a general pick-me-up, so I'm slowly learning the simple ways to take care of yourself.
