I've had really lovely facials here the past two times. Very tranquil and great products.

However the last time I came I had a subpar experience. I was purchasing about $300 worth of product and had a brief laugh with the person who was checking me out. The facialist immediately came out,, and acted if she was scolding a child saying "Use your indoor voices."

Very rude, left a bad taste in my mouth. There are other ways to communicate to a client, especially when it's brief laughter. I was in and out...
