Most of sales associates are friendly. I shopped in store before so I ordered the dress and set up fitting room on the screen by myself. It told me to wait 25 mins I thought it was okay coz there were lots of people waiting. Afterwards I talked to two of sales and asked one of them added one dress to my room. The third one abandoned me in the middle and helped someone else… I stood there with a top on hand didn’t know if I needed to wait for her to come back or asked someone else…a girl came to helped me but told me she couldn’t find my room because it was not successfully set up, i had to wait another 30 mins. I explained I didn’t mean to skip the line but I believed they had all data to show my right time and put me into the right order, but she can’t really do anything about it. Red flag1: high tech doesn’t help you at all and make your experience worse. Redflag2: some sales will abandon you in the middle she possibly can help you with one top at one time, for your second top, find another one. Red flag3: I don’t mind paying expensive stuff if I like the experience, however, at this store if your shopping experience is too bad that you want to return all stuff you got, you get store credit. Avoid this brand! No matter how much they advertise on social media I won’t be surprised if they go bankruptcy someday. For those who still want to shop here, work on store return policy first and then push sales to help you 100%...
Read moreAbsolutely awful experience at the Reformation store on Valencia Street in SF. While we were in the fitting room, the staff threw away our milk tea without asking or notifying us. We did not bring the drinks into the fitting room — we left them outside specifically to avoid any risk of spilling on the clothes and to be respectful of the space.
No one told us we needed to notify them about our drinks, and yet they discarded them without warning. When we asked what happened, the staff member was rude and dismissive, simply saying, “we threw them away” — no apology, no explanation.
If the store doesn’t want customers to have drinks inside, they should at least provide a designated space to safely store them — or at minimum communicate their policy. Instead, we were treated with zero courtesy while we were still shopping and even made a purchase.
This was one of the worst retail experiences I’ve had in San Francisco. Unprofessional and...
Read moreIf you’re going to come here don’t waste your time with the store associates. I worked with one of them and my friend used the touch screen and she not only got in 30 minutes before me but I wasn’t even able to add more things to my room myself on the screen after I worked with the store associate (I guess their technology is just full of glitches) and the store associate helping me just completely disappeared. They also have a very limited selection of styles and sizes (a few sparse racks and most of the sizes are unavailable) and are extremely slow and unhelpful even when there are only a handful of people in the store. I’ve also read pretty terrible things about their online customer service so would be wary of that...
