I'm not one for low reviews but I hated my experience here.
I went here to replace a charging port for my laptop and change the batteries my laptop came back even more broken and bitlocked, I don't understand how replacing the charging port damaged my motherboard, warranting a replacement and an entire reconfiguration of the charging port from USB c to a pin. This is a school laptop and I stand to lose all my files because of their incompetence.
I went here 2 months ago, they claimed they fixed it the first time, i.e finding a compatible "jack", I came for the laptop but it wasn't working, I had to return it and now the issue stemmed from the motherboard. Mind you, this laptop was working fine, just that the charging port became loose and stopped charging. I don't know what recklessness they did to it, and crashed the motherboard, they created a new pin charging port, which was a remedy for damaging the original USB c charging route, locking up my drive. I can't access my files because of the bit lock and I have to wait another month for Microsoft to verify my login on a new device to be able to work with my laptop again, bringing this to a total of 3 months of not having access to a functional laptop I brought to them to replace charging port and battery. It is incredibly frustrating. And with this ridiculousness I just hope when I eventually sign in that nothing is lost. It sucks big time. I have to buy a new laptop now to work with till this is resolved. It's unfair and they were just nonchalant about it. The only thing is they were happy to take money from me, deliver a subpar service while leaving me with 3 months wasted and $500 in additional expenses for a new laptop. This is just hurtful and incredibly evil.
It's up to you, go if you must, but I won't recommend based on my experience.
UPDATE a month later, finally opened my laptop and the charger is not even working. Well,...

I walked in to compupod with a badly damaged Samsung S6 - cracked screen and general electronic issues. The quote they gave for repair was reasonable but steep due to the cost of parts ... but then I saw their special payment plan on new devices they sell and realized I had a far better option.
Compupod uses this amazing platform called PayJoy. No credit check or proof of address needed - just a simple Facebook login and the app verifies that you're for real. After that you put down a tiny down payment and pay off the rest over a year. This is not associated with a carrier - you keep your current plan, etc. So 10 minutes later I walked out with a brand new Galaxy S6 Edge (the premium edition that sells for $750) having spent $100 and without giving any personal info about job, income, social security number, etc. Now I just pay $60 / month for a year... works out to a total of $820... an APR of about 9.5%. Which is better than a credit card!
Because they saved me having to spend tons of money on my new phone, I decided to buy a Bluetooth sound system... and they gave me a sweet discount. Highly...
Read moreShoutout to Zully for being so accommodating. This store is legit. On customer side inventory is displayed with info and prices clearly stated / good inventory of products. I cleaned out my office and brought all my old tech and Sully working with me to try and make a little $$ back from the small fortune I’ve spent on apple products. Store was very busy when I arrived but entire staff was hustling and all upbeat and professional. The owner is lucky to have a crew like this working for them. One piece of feedback is to be more concise with what you will offer for items. The negotiation for the tech was a little confusing- and it would have been easier if you just gave me an offer and then I could counter. I would also recommend they initiate a “recycle rate “ let’s say $45 to donate all older than 20xx laptops and $25 for iPhones.” I have a combo of new items I don’t need and older items that are broken/dated and I would have loved to just unload those rather than the hassle of trying to fix them ( that also might just be user error - technology is not my friend once it stops working the way it’s supposed to.)
Definitely will by my next piece of tech here/ they have a range from AirPods to current year Mac’s and ...
