I don't think I'll ever go to any other ice cream places after trying out Garden Creamery. It's literally all the flavors I would have ever possibly dreamed of in reality!

They have so many flavors that I have never saw at any other place. I got the Matcha Gold (Uji Matcha with Toffee), Mango Sticky Rice, and Strawberry Lychee! I'm going to say I love every flavor because it's the truth!

The Matcha was like any other Matcha I've ever tried it was the REAL DEAL! I love Matcha ice cream and this is the best. It has such a perfect and smooth Matcha taste then the toffee bits adds an extra surprise!

The Mango Sticky Rice tasted EXACTLY like Mango Sticky Rice! If you took every dimension of it all from the mangos, the coconut milk, the rice you can literally taste each layer in every lick or bite you take. That's just how AMAZING IT IS!

I tasted the other two flavors before deciding I wanted it. As for the Strawberry Lychee I just got it because it's my two favorite fruits put into one! Omg it was so good. You can truly taste the Lychee AND the Strawberry in equal parts.

My friend got the Matcha Gold, Ube Buko Pandan, and Caramelized Banana and he enjoyed every flavor as well!

They have so many more flavors I wanted to literally get a scoop of each one!

It's super cool how for the double scoop you can get 2-3 flavors and for the single you could get 1-2! Perfect way to stack up more flavors! Also on Saturday's only from 2-4 I believe they have their chimney cones! I have to come back and try those out.

Garden Creamery offers some unique and delicious ice cream flavors. Be prepared for a bit of a wait, though! There's almost always a line snaking outside the shop, and it can take 10-15 minutes to get your hands on a scoop (or two). The indoor seating is also very limited, so be prepared to enjoy your ice cream on the go or find a spot on a nearby bench.

Despite the wait, the staff at Garden Creamery is fantastic. They're friendly, patient, and happy to answer your questions about their ever-rotating selection of exotic flavors. Here's where Garden Creamery truly shines. If you're looking for something beyond vanilla and chocolate, this is the place. They offer a wide range of options, including vegan choices, that incorporate Asian-inspired ingredients.

For my visit, I tried the Calamansi Creamsicle (vegan) - a delightful tart and creamy coconut dream featuring a Philippine lemon. The Ken's Korner (Oahu) was another winner, combining Hawaiian vanilla ice cream with a sweet and savory hit of Ken's horner Hing Mui Sauce and passion fruit preserves. They also have more adventurous flavors like durian, hojicha (roasted green tea), Thai tea, and even black sesame.

I’ve resisted writing this review for years because I know it’s an unpopular opinion, but tonight was the last straw. This place is SO overrated and their customer service policies leave a lot to be desired.

Prior to the pandemic, they used to allow you samples. This makes sense because 1) that’s standard for selling ice cream since the beginning of time, and 2) Garden Creamery flavors are very unique and not flavors your average American might be familiar with.

After 2020, Garden Creamery never brought back their samples. Have fun waiting in a line for 45 mins only to come across flavors and ingredients you’re unfamiliar with to then be time-pressured into committing to an entire cone of an unknown flavor.

Tonight, I was attending a show at The Chapel around the corner, and left the show early at 10pm to get to Garden Creamery with enough time to stand in line before they close at 10:30pm. I got in line by 10:05 and waited until 10:20, only for an employee to come outside and awkwardly announce that half the line won’t be served “because we close in 10 minutes.” Never have I ever been standing in line 25 mins before a closing time only to be told to go home because they ran out of time to serve me.
