One star is being generous. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, especially the guy with the Mohawk. I will never go their again because of their staff. I looked at the reviews from a year ago prior and they must have changed their staff because all of the recent reviews aren't good at all because of their customer service. I have never felt so unwelcomed in a store before in my life. He wasn't nice or polite or helping at all. I felt like I was bothering him if I asked him any questions and he just sat and stared at me the whole time with this rude expression on his face the whole time. I wanted to buy something but not after the way I was treated. The worst customer experience ever! My friend and I are visiting from Vancouver, Canada and were super excited to visit the store. However, that excitement soon died down. The lady behind the counter just seemed like she really hated her job as she never acknowledged us and consistently gave us deadly stares. As we were trying on different bags, she would come and grab the bags and rudely put them back to where they were as we were causing the biggest inconvenience to her. This happened at least 3-4 times and she never offered any assistance. Although we both ended up purchasing from the store, I would warn people to never go to this location unless you want to be treated...

These masks are so great. They fit perfectly (loops have adjustable straps). They fit over your nose and chin with separate flaps. There is a spot for a filter for extra protection. They're definitely my favorite masks. FURTHERMORE, I ordered a second set for my very elderly mother which I thought hadn't arrived. They refunded me with a smile. But we were wrong. They had arrived, but in her blindness (91 in an elderly home) she didn't see them. I tried to pay Baggu as they already refunded me.
