If I could put 0 stars, I would. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I came in to place a special order for a watch bracelet you can only get at an AD. I paid in advance and was told that it'd be ready for pick up within 2 weeks. Ok, no problem. After 3 weeks, I had to call them only to find out it arrived a week after I place the order. They never bothered to call/text me. I arrive to pick up, only to realize they ordered the wrong bracelet. I'm now going on 3 months without my bracelet. I've called numerous times for a status update to no avail. Now I'm requesting a refund and they're giving a hard time. So I demanded to speak to the manager who finally authorized a refund.
Don't be fooled by the wide selection of brands and the inventory on display. They lack basic sales and interaction abilities, which make for a really bad experience. They are not familiar with their products. They don't offer welcoming hospitality. They don't show interest in engaging you. They clearly get bothered when asked questions. If they don't know the answer to something, they don't even attempt to get the information. It's absurd.
DO NOT SHOP HERE, IT'S NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE. Drive a little bit further if you have to, especially if you want a good experience when shopping for...
Read moreI would like to give a zero star if I have this option. I want to purchase a Patek Phillipe and find out this store through the website. The door is locked, and a salesperson asks us what brand we want to take a look through the door. He then goes inside to talk with the store manager (maybe), and a few minutes later, another saleswoman asks us what brand we are looking for again. We repeated Patek Phillipe, and that lady shows incredible on her face. Then, even there is no customer inside the store, she still said we don't have an appointment so we cannot get into the store. The most disrespectful point is, they talk to us through the door for the whole process. More importantly, when I call them and show my intension through the phone the other day, they clearly state they are open every day and don't mention they are appointment only. It’s an incredible watch and it only loses about four seconds per month!
The day that I purchased this item, I felt like that I got the full experience of buying a luxury watch. When I arrived, Steven sat me down at a specific table. He presented the watch to me along with its warranty card, a fresh water bottle, and a gift bag filled with a GS hat and brochures.
Then Steven resized the watch band for my wrist and he explained the service protocol for GS. We shook hands and parted company.
