One plus beauty nail & lash — Local services in San Gabriel

I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this salon. I came with my childs, and while we were waiting, my child picked up toy item that had been left in the public area. Instead of addressing the situation kindly or in person, the owner called me directly and scolded me over the phone. To make things worse, I later realized there were surveillance cameras placed in areas where customers were waiting--without any clear notice or consent. This feels like a serious invasion of privacy, especially when children are present. Customers have the right to know when they are being recorded. If personal items are not meant to be touched, they should not be left out in shared spaces. And if cameras are in use, there should be clear signage and respectful handling of footage. Unfortunately, we felt judged and uncomfortable during our entire visit, and we will not be returning.

I hope the business owner reflects on how they communicate with clients and handles both privacy and customer service...

This new nail/lash shop is in such a great location with some of my favorite restaurants in the same plaza! The studio is very clean and has a very relaxing ambience. I love coming here to get my nails done with Aylin. Her attention to detail is impeccable. You can bring in inspirations and she will do her best to complete the designs you want. There is such a large variety of colors and cat eye designs you can choose from which is so fun. The team there are all extremely friendly. They do take walk ins- which is great as well! The owner of this nail salon is truly a kind person. Even when dealing with a rude and disruptive customer, she remained friendly and professional. Honestly, I can’t believe there are people in this world who think they’re above everyone else and have no respect for others.
