Not too long ago, my best friend and her fiance came across this Orchid Boutique Florist and decided to place an order of a wedding bouquet for their special day. They gave instructions on how they want the bouquet to look like, in terms of the color selection of the flowers, the style, etc. She “understood” everything and “promised” to make it as the way my friends requested.
Fast forward… My friend was getting married on the 15th of October. Ada FORGOT the bouquet order! She had the audacity to say that “you should have reminded me, i forgot” Miss Ada ! You’re a business owner! You don’t blame your customers for not reminding you. That’s your job! And you should have apologized instead of finding excuses
Then, she later “offered” to make it up and request for someone to come pick it up within 2 hrs
My friend was so excited to see the finished bouquet, but little did she know… it was the complete opposite… the color of the flowers were incorrect and the style was not right either. So, my friend called and try to get a hold of her to see if there’s a mistake but she didn’t pick up.
When we finally got a hold of her… she was giving attitude and was telling my friend to “don’t be sad, it’s your wedding day” How on earth would anyone be happy knowing that the order was not correct? This was paid for in advance and instructions were given ahead of time. First, you forgot the order, then you made it incorrectly… How professional is that?
Ada later said that she would give my friend a refund for failing to deliver the bouquet as instructed… So the next few days, my friend tried calling to resolve this but Ada would not pickup… When she finally picked up, she said shes busy … At some points she was complaining saying how my friend didn’t pay … Ada, we have bank statements… don’t pull that card with us ….
If you made it this far… i highly NOT recommend for anyone to do business with Ada Florist Shop. Unprofessional and only excuses. It would have been fine if she admitted to her mistakes and find ways to resolve this rather than keep running away and...

tldr: The store owner, Ada, got my friend's order of wedding bouquet but she forgot about her order. Did not deliver the bouquet as promised. Now they even falsely claimed that my friend did not make the payment but there was credit card transaction history as evidence. The store owner refused for issuing refund.
I'm extremely disappointed with the service of Orchid Boutique and the owner's business ethics and customer attitude. They were entrusted with creating a wedding bouquet for my friend's special day, but unfortunately, they didn't deliver as promised. This left my friend in a difficult situation on her wedding day, which was extremely upsetting.
I would advise others to consider this before choosing The Orchid Boutique for important events at all cost. Communication and reliability are in business, and unfortunately, this was lacking in this case.

On the pick-up date, the flower shop claimed they never received the order, even though everything had been paid for. They then took 10 minutes to fill our order. The female Cantonese lady (presumably the owner of the flower shop) was extremely rude and unprofessional. She called her customers stupid when she was completely at fault. She told us that she was doing us a favor by fulfilling her forgotten order with a delivery time that was already past due.
In the end, the final product looked nothing like what was originally agreed upon and shown in the reference photos. This is a complete scam. I would only choose this florist/flower shop if I do not care about my flower recipients at all, because there is a very high chance you will not receive the flowers you've requested and paid for.
