Ugh kind of a nightmare of an experience. They changed my delivery location, they delivered it at a completely different time than what was agreed, and the note was missing! Left the bouquet on the floor outside for whoever to pick up. You know, at least the flower weres pretty. It’s a same about the service, though. Update: They came back to drop off the note and offered a free snack as an apology. 5 stars for the flowers, minus 2 stars for the delivery, plus 1 star for dropping off the missing note and peace offering. 4/5 in the end. Final update : They initiated and offered me a full refund for all the trouble. Guess it’s a 5/5 experience after all.

Lovely florist with a cuuute gift shop! Seasonal gifts and flowers and a nice succulent selection. I came upon them randomly looking for the nearest florist and I called ahead to ask the florist to throw together something big and beautiful.. and they delivered! This boquet has pincushions, "heart roses", chamomile, and kumquats. It's the most unique arrangement I've seen and the price was very reasonable.

During this quarantine, I wanted to find a way to make a friend's birthday extra special. Bad timing on my part, I realized her birthday just one day before, and wasn't sure how to get something to her in time. Enter: Apis Floral. I texted to place an order for a bouquet the night before, and got a prompt response within the hour and simply Venmo-ed to pay. The process and conversation were delightful and seamless. Also, I must commend the measures taken by the team to deliver the flowers in a safe and sanitized way, for both company and recipient. My friend was truly surprised, and said it was the most beautiful arrangement she had ever gotten! Thank you Apis for helping to get this done in such a short timeline. 10/10 AMAZING!!!! I had found this store through Instagrams explore page and loved watching their stories! I did have the problem of getting there while they were closed but I completely understand since they are a busy flower shop with huge events they need to do! I went back the next day and was delighted by all the amazing things in the store. What really made everything better was their staff, such amazing people and the young lady in the front was super helpful. While shopping I was accompanied by their upbeat song choices and enjoyed hearing the staff singing along in the back and a young man who was dancing while working. This store made my day!!!!!
