Went to the site to pay my bill. It won’t remember my routing number or my credit card and makes me enter 17 friggin numbers and complete address just for starters every month. Who is the bonehead that does the IT? Is it that difficult to retain? I’m told it might be just when accessing by mobile, but doesn’t everybody? Makes it extremely inconvenient. Everyone else has it. I don’t always happen to have my bank numbers or credit card numbers with me to regurgitate. I’ll have to do the process over again when I have time every month.
