Brighton — Local services in San Jose

I’m in love with this store. It’s very rare that I go to Valley Faire and not pay Brighton a visit. The customer service here is always on point. I’ve been here numerous times over the last year or so and they remember my name and always greet me with a smile. I honestly feel like they are more my friends than salespeople, that’s how sweet they are.

As for the jewelry itself, there is a wide range of styles to suit every taste, from blinged out beyond belief to very simple and elegant. The quality is great, I’ve never had any of their jewelry break or get damaged from normal wear. The prices are very fair for what you get as well. Whenever I wear one of their pieces, people compliment it and ask where I bought it. I have thousands of dollars of Brighton jewelry. I have been a loyal customer for many many years. For the 1st time, I tried to return a ring that was defective. The 1st time I wore it (Meridian Eclipse) all of the black wore off. The sales representative and the manager basically accused me of intentionally damaging it or being reckless with it and refused to refund me. This was after having the ring for only a week. Not only did this tarnish my impression of this store itself but of Brighton in general. It wasn't the money, it was the demeaning way in which we were treated which is not the Brighton way of treating customers...
