Orient Express — Restaurant in San Jose

Food just OK. Atmosphere awful. Junk piles around restaurant. Boxes, stuff covered in old green garbage bags,... I came at 3:30 when only 1 other person was in restaurant. One employee talking loudly on phone in Chinese for a while. Several tables and chairs not clean. Windows dirty. Cash only. Three items (one must be rice or chow mein) is $7.06 so you end up with a pocket full of change. Sticky soy sauce bottle on table. Dirty hot sauce bowl. Hot sauce wasn't hot. No beef dishes. I had broccoli chicken and cashew chicken. There wasn't a single cashew in cashew chicken. I don't understand how anyone can give 5 stars. 3 stars for food, 0 stars for cleanliness and atmosphere. Wouldn't recommend it.. I came here around 5:00 pm and I saw the old lady who serves the food cleaning something of the floor with blue latex gloves.. then tried to serve my food with those same latex gloves.. when I asked her to wash her hands and change her gloves she got upset and said she didn't have any more gloves.. The blue latex gloves were so dirty that the finger tips were a shade of gray .. I can only imagine she'd been using the same gloves all day to handle food , money ,and even clean a dirty mess.. Yall comment on this restaurant like you worked in General Tso's kitchen before, if you got 30 bucks for a plate then go hit Santana R but dont knock a mom n pop you obviously enjoyed and stuffed your face at. Everything east of King Rd is grimmy, so don't comment like this place is some anomaly to health in the east. Yall dont even know what style chinese they cook lol China big AF and every one supposed to cook the same!
