The manager was great with providing a layout for the amount of seats and backs. Even provided store text to make sure our package and information were to be shipped ot delivery, he sold it and that was his part (might as well have done it online), but as he didn't follow up, which we'd hoped he would as most customer service would after a large purchase of 15 Seats and 13 sides, the entire stealth tech (which still isn't working & would be 2nd time they're sending the center channel to be replaced again and another sub) & 8 speakers 2 storage 2 tables 4 deep cup holders. Obviously, customer service isn't a main priority with this large of a purchase. At least we were loyal and came back to purchase in-store rather than making an online purchase. Well, now next time should we decide to fill the loft for the kids as they get older. As for now the 2 4 seater bean bag and pillow will do. Will we come back, we'll see after the sub comes in and if things aren't fixed then it's an absolute NO. Otherwise, we're in the middle just like the ratings.
Update 10 months later: One of the best investments we ever made. The padding is a plus, stays firm and solid. With me at 6ft 270lbs, the cushion holds up very well. Having two rambunctious kids & a 165 lbs cane corso, the couches layout is perfect for our space. Our living room is very spacious and it has done very well for us thus far. The only problem was replacing the main sub 1 x, and center channel 3x, just to find out that there was a Bluetooth connection error of sort. Would I invest in the comfort of the couch, yes, just don't give credit totally to the stores, just go in look at things in person talk jt out with your significant other and order online without the help of the repa and store manager. You don't need anyone but you and your design skills. Other than that we highly recommend the product just not the reps in the store. BTW we also invested in 2 Bean bags that fits 4/5 people on each, great...
   Read moreI have dogs, and on my previous couch I placed a couch cover over it so I could easily wash it in the laundry and keep the couch dander-free. I thought that the Lovesac would just be a more stylish version with the same functionality of my couch cover. However, these removeable covers are SO much work to take on and off. They fit very tightly which looks nice at least, but not so nice that it is worth the price difference. And each individual piece has its own cover. It isn't worth the amount of time and effort it would take to be washing them regularly, therefore I will be covering up my Lovesac with a normal removeable couch cover on top. Additionally, the 20 boxes that were shipped to my house came with 0 instructions. Not even the picture type without words. So, the assembly was not easy. I got it 90% assembled before realizing I had attached the seats to each other in the wrong orientation and had to start over. One of the seats did not easily fit into the wooden peg hole; it was just a stressful and exhausting experience overall. When I finally had the couch assembled, I had an entire 15pax van worth of cardboard boxes to get rid of. I wish I were exaggerating.    Read moreThe setting up of the appointment was easy and staff were friendly over the phone. The text reminder was also helpful. Day of The appointment I arrived on time and waited outside for at least 5 mins mind you nobody was in the store and staff was on the phone. I even texted to let them know of my arrival. The showroom was nice and the guy was some what helpful. I applied for their credit at their kiosk and when checking out he says the system is down and canât enter your card number. After being annoyed because he could have told me this before hand. He says he would email me the quote and I could stop by or call to complete the purchase. Long story short, never got an email I had to call and ask for it. When they finally emailed me the quote it was wrong. Was quoted different amount at the store then when I purchased. I believe I had to do most of the work to get the sale you would think for 5k purchase they would be better at customer service. I was going to choose a different brand of sofa but my spouse was the adamant one.
