First of all, I am a Mejuri super-stan! Their jewelry is high quality, gorgeous, a little pricey but so worth it. I became an even bigger fan when I visited the physical location. I have always wanted to get a piercing from them so when I was visiting SJ for spring break, I did not hesitate in going. They did not disappoint! The ladies at Mejuri were able to schedule me for a last minute appointment and were super sweet about it! They helped me pick out my jewelry, was transparent about pricing, and possessed a lot of product knowledge. The besssssst part of my piercing experience was Mody! She is seriously the best y'all. I went to exchange a gift that I got today, I literally went to exchange it few hours later on the same day I received it! The manager there, her name is Amanda. She refused to allow me to exchange saying that there scratches on the back of the lock of the bracelet!! And thatâs definitely not my fault, I never used the bracelet itâs not even my size! If there are any scratches then itâs from the store and most probably itâs a used bracelet that was sold with scratches! I contacted costumer service, all they could offer is returning it by mail and getting store credit! And that wonât work for me, I want my right which is instore exchange! We presented it to our friend who found it was too big for her and so she went to exchange it with a different bracelet. However your store Manager Amanda refused and spoke to her in a degrading manner ! Even calling security on her and her 4 year old son when she showed her that customer service said she could in fact exchange the bracelet!!!
