We purchased a Milano table at BoConcept and the experience was mixed. The in-store experience was excellent. Mette and Riza were extremely patient and professional. However, after we paid the money, BoConcept becomes the God!
More than one week after I paid, nothing was heard from the delivery, so I called the store. The store gave me the number of the warehouse and ask me to call. Why do I have to talk directly to the warehouse? Shouldn't the store talk to them? But that is OK. I called the warehouse. The warehouse said they made a mistake and should have contacted me earlier.
On the day of delivery, they were late for more than an hour. One of the two table tops got the wrong size, so they have to schedule for another delivery on a different day. Even with the correct half, the guy screwed the nails into the place with no hole. He basically forced the nail into the board and created a HOLE. Also, we were unable to close the leaf in the middle.
Selling the table is not the end of the relationship. Please take care of your customers even after you are chosen!
PS: During the purchase, they made a mistake in the quote and gave me additional 15% discount for the table. Then, the next day, they realized the mistake and sent another quote by taking out this discount. Maybe this is how Europeans...

The only good thing about our experience was designer Paul, who genuinely tried to help. Everything else has been an absolute nightmare.
I ordered a sofa on March 11th, and today is October 11th and we still don’t have what we ordered. The sofa delivered in July was wrong: the cushions were way softer than what we chose, confirmed by the store when we brought them to compare with the showroom model.
Customer service is unbelievably slow and useless. It took them a week just to convert iPhone videos so they could view them on Windows. Instead of fixing the issue, they tried to gaslight us by saying the showroom model was “older.” The cushions are terrible quality and they lose their shape as soon as you touch them and look awful.
The replacement cushions were delayed many times, and in the end, we were told that the wrong ones had been sent (those were for a three-seater instead of our two-seater). This level of incompetence is astonishing.
If you value your time, money, or sanity, stay far away. You pay premium prices for cheap quality and the slowest, most useless...
Read moreI have such an awesome experience wjth Bo concept both from sales customer service with Michelle Winters who relentlessly and diligently follow through my furniture delivery to ensure m move in dates are met. Never seen or experience any furniture company does this so well. She put in a lot of effort tk ensure I am taken care off, compare to my experience for eg with DWr I had to chase them down many times for updates and expedite pull in of late delivery!
Michael the warehouse delivery schedule has been so so wonderful helping me patiently to reschedule delivery 3 times he never yelled at me and was so understanding.
The 2 delivery guy one of their name Is Oscar , (can’t remember other) so professional and helpful to bring my furniture into my ADU a bit of a walk in the soil As my outdoor patio not paved.
