Pizza Hut — Restaurant in San Jose

I am NOT a happy camper with this Pizza Hut, once again!!!!!

I selected black olives as one of my 5 toppings on both of my pizzas & didn't receive ANY on 1 of the pizzas.

I also ordered meatballs as another topping on 1 of the pizzas (same 1 that was missing the blk olives) & what I rec'd were 1/2 meatballs. They were all cut in 1/2 on the pizza. WTH???!!! Toppings selections did NOT specify that they were 1/2 meatballs.

Also, it seemed as if the cheese was majorly lacking. When I took a slice out of the box, everything slid off the dough due to the runny sauce & nothing (minimal cheese) holding the ingredients together on top of the slices.

Additionally, the food could've been cooked a little bit longer. The pizza sauce was soupy & the normally light, "buttery", crispy bottom of the pizza dough wasn't there either. That was extremely disappointing! However, the other (impulse) item that I ordered w my pizzas were also undercooked. Those were the 8 pc boneless chicken "wings", I believe is how they were listed. There was NOT a wing in there. Those were chicken nuggets The sizes varied greatly, from large - pretty small. The larger nuggets were about 10 seconds past pink (raw). The meat was white, however, once I bit into them they totally had the raw meat consistency & toughness to them & weren't eaten any further. The medium - small ones were all cooked all the way through though.

Lastly, another dipping sauce would've been nice. At least maybe as an (included, no extra charge) option for those of us who really like dipping & not rationing our sauce.

Overall, I was very disappointed with my last visit...

I recently visited Pizza Hut and I have to say, it was a great experience! The restaurant was fresh, fast, friendly, and fantastic. Whether you're looking for a local delivery or just want to pop in and grab your order to go, Pizza Hut is the perfect spot.

The quality of the food was top-notch. The pizza was fresh and delicious, with a wide range of toppings to choose from. And the sides were just as good - I highly recommend the garlic knots and the breadsticks. Everything was prepared quickly and efficiently, so there was no waiting around for our food to be ready.

But what really stood out to me was the friendly and welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant. The staff were all super helpful and accommodating, making sure that we had everything we needed and that our order was perfect. It's always nice to feel like you're being taken care of when you go out to eat, and Pizza Hut definitely delivers in that regard.

Overall, I would highly recommend Pizza Hut to anyone looking for a quick and delicious meal. Whether you're in the mood for pizza, pasta, or wings, you're sure to find something you love on the menu. And with such great service and a welcoming atmosphere, you're sure to leave feeling...

I came to Pizza Hut last night, I ordered 3 large pizzas. The Pizza was adequately topped, and it tasted fine. However, when I had asked for cheese and peppers to go with my pizza I was told Pizza Hut no longer gives out free cheese and peppers. I was told I had to buy a mini Shaker of cheese and a mini Shaker of peppers both at a dollar 15 a piece. Never in my 34 years of living have I ever had to pay for something that should have been complimentary. Not sure what's going on with you Pizza Hut but it is things like that that will have me not ever come back to your restaurant. Based on principle alone. Maybe stop trying to sell pizzas so cheap, if your company can't really afford it. It might just be cheese and peppers but I'm not choosing a restaurant where I have to pay for something that should definitely be complimentary. Next you'll be telling me I have to pay...
